“Hotel de 4 estrellas en el que me tuve que duchar en agua fría. El agua caliente llegaba sin caudal, apenas un hilo de agua caliente y además sólo llegaba de forma intermitente.Es la segunda vez que estaba en el hotel y la primera vez que me ha pasado pero no me parece asumible en un hotel de estas características. Sobre todo porque no he tenido solución.”

“La habitación genial, limpia. Buena iluminación. el baño inmejorable, muy buena presión de agua. La pequeña parte negativa, las vistas desde la habitación y para nuestro gusto un poco de calor. El servicio muy atento y correcto. la ubicació ideal, delante del hotel muchos autobuses, el bus turístico y metro. Cercano a pie a Moncloa y Plaza España. Hemos acertado al escogerlo.”
