“If I could rate them with zero stars. They overbooked their rooms and left us pooling luggage in the pouring rain for half a kilometer to another hotel that was not the same class as this place, no swimming pool, no restaurant, no breakfast, and even did not bother to take a cab for us inspite of the terrible weather conditions at the time. This is not a hotel, but a typical Mexican scam.”
