This was a great hotel in the heart of Manhattan. the staff were nothing short but remarkable. They are incredibly kind and attentive and make you feel like you're at home. The rooms are a little small but it's to be expected -this is Manhattan. But they are up to date and comfortable. Location : the hotel is located near the boundaries of Koreatown, and the garments district, not far from Time Square, the original Macy's store, and a wide arrange of currency exchanges, perfume and incense wholesalers, French patisserie bakeries, and more authentic pizza by the slice places then you could count -- including the only kosher one I could find in Manhattan. (I'm sure there are more kosher pizzerias in Manhattan I just wasn't able to find any other than the one that's literally four blocks away). Penn Station is also a fairly short walk from here. If to can get a Priceline or Kayak special rate then all the better. Like I said great staff, she can well maintain decor and interior, comfortable and up-to-date those small rooms, literally located in the heart of everything you would probably want to see or visit, like the Empire State Building which pretty much overshadows this place, and the right in the heart of urban Manhattan.

The location is the best!!! there are many stores and restaurants arround and some metro stations nearby. You can go to many places by walking. The only bad thing of the hotel is that the walls seems to be really thin so you can listen to the people on the rooms next to you

The hotel is pretty average. I wouldn’t bother leaving a review, but figured I would have to let people know one very strange experience. I had to walk down the street at midnight to buy my own shampoo from a nearby grocery store. Apparently the hotel has been without shampoo for two days, but no one bothered to tell me until I went to the front desk near midnight to ask why no shampoo was left in my room. I wasn’t offered anything in return, except to speak with the manager in the morning. How does a $300/night hotel not have any shampoo? Nor any reconciliation to make guests feel better about waking down the street at midnight to buy their own toiletries. Weirdest hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’d honestly have been better off staying at an Airbnb.

Estive nesse hotel em janeiro de 2015. O aquecimento não funciona muito bem e o meu quarto ficou gelado. Reclamei, mas os funcionários não deram a mínima bola. O hotel é bem localizado, mas o atendimento e as instalações velhas deixam a desejar.

Was a nice hotel with friendly staff. . Rooms were very nice and the rooftop area was a plus even tho they close it at 11 don’t seem the harm in keeping it open all night since they don’t even have personnel up there watching it. Also be prepared to pay $65 a night for them parking your car. I found free parking along a residential street and it ended up being cheaper to just walk around and Uber to my car at the end of my trip. Best part was probably the location. Being in the heart of New York is a plus. Also Opt out of their breakfast. Saves you over $40 a night.

What a great Hotel! Great breakfast, nice simple lobby bar, and rooms are very cleaned and well-arranged. Everything works well including the wifi. There was even a sauna on every floor to complete your memorable experience. I will be recommending your Hotel to all of my friends and family! I am very happy with this service!

Most of the other hotels I stayed at during my trip were a little cheaper, but were a lot worse. I wasn't too disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt, though obviously there were some cuts. The rooms had modern decor, which I was into. The view sucked as I just saw other buildings. The rooms were pretty tiny - after I opened my luggage rack, I had about 8 inches of walking space. The keys were not tap - you had the key them in. They also do not work properly. I had to replace mine twice as I was not able to open the lobby door to get in with my key. The front doors are locked at all times because of interesting characters outside, but perhaps the most annoying part of it was that the concierge did not have a button on their side to open the door. They had to stop helping whoever they were currently engaged with and walk over to the other side of the door to wave it open. This was the most inefficient thing I've ever seen at a hotel. As I was working remotely on this trip, I was a little annoyed at a few things. First, I could hear my neighbors talking as they were also working remotely. Second, the wifi on my phone kept disconnected for some reason. The chair provided had no back support - it was essentially a stool. Overall, the stay was okay.

This is the best Hotel ever! I visited that place twice already and every time I went there, I was very satisfied with the service that day provide. I also like the view outside because the air was so fresh and it has a very nice view.

Literally had to book 7 rooms with 20 minutes notice... after poor four seasons experience... and the Venetian came through with flying colors! Myra at the check in worked so diligently to accommodate the data entry with incredible professionalism and care. Thank you, Shirley, for additional assistance the following day. Our group is still here and we all love it!!

Upon arrival I was greeted very kindly with a slight room upgrade (although the room I was given was still small so I’m curious what the upgrade entailed). Realistic expectations given it is NYC though. My major problem was my room’s heat wasn’t properly working even though they quickly addressed by bringing engineers. I learned to deal with it being a little chilly, yet extremely dry. Bed wasn’t the most comfy and bedding felt bare minimum. But good location and all the necessities.

Hotel céntrico y moderno en pleno corazón de Nueva York, a tan solo 10 minuto andando de Times Square y bien comunicado gracias a las diferentes estaciones de metro. Las habitaciones son más grandes que la media, bastante modernas pero sin apenas armarios para guardar la ropa. El baño esta bien y la ducha es bastante amplia. Al llegar exigen una tarjeta de crédito para bloquear el coste de la estancia más un plus por si rompes algo, algo que nos pilló completamente de sorpresa, ya que en Booking no se indicaba en ningún lugar. Podríamos decir que no fue la mejor bienvenida, además de que los recepcionistas tampoco se mostraron demasiado amigables. Las paredes son de papel y se escucha absolutamente todo, un problema a tener en cuenta si tienes vecinos ruidosos. Además la ropa de cama no es abundante, y en plena ola de frío echamos de menos un edredón, mientras que el ruido de la calefacción puede llegar a ser molesto o incluso despertarte.

This is not quite what I expected for a Hyatt but not necessarily in a bad way.It was more of that trendy vibe (like a W).The room was clean and while not large was not NYC small either.There is apretty decent rooftop bar - with a great view of the Empire State Building.The area is ok but not great.Staff were friendly and helpful.Overall, this is a decent value.
