We were staying here after a train ride from Paris and before flying out the next morning and it was a great option. Clean, comfortable, with an excellent breakfast, it was just what we wanted. A great location, it was easy to find and about 5 min drive from the train station and 15 from the airport. Clean, comfortable, and modern.

An average hotel - staff are friendly but rooms are quite dated, and the prices during trade fairs are hiked up massively. The breakfast was ok.

I stayed 7 days in this hotel it’s good that it has a shopping mall in front of it and good location the staff were good but the breakfast staff were rude when their time finish .. if they could they would of kicked you out .. the room service kinda rude too .. they kept on asking me to clean my room while I was in the shower and getting ready to leave even tho I told them I’m leaving in 15 mins but they kept coming to my door ringing the bill every 3 mins .. but over all it was ok stay

A had a terrible experience with this hotel and unfortunately we stayed there for two nights we couldn’t sleep the air condition kept stopping every thirty minute, and the receptionist Alejandra wasn’t professional at all in her response and answers , she send us a fan 👎🏻that was a shock what’s this am I in a motel 💔 I told her to call the manager in duty but there was none . For about six to eight hours then she transferred us to another room with the same problem. We had a terrible sleep. They don’t deserve one star 👎🏻The car parking is very expensive 40 Euros 👎🏻the bed is old an uncomfortable at all they need to be changed 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻follow my advice don’t book there and if you already booked cancel your reservation

We accidentally entered the car park and we wanted to get out immediately after a period of no more than 5 minutes, but the exit was closed and we had to pay for a full hour, more than 4 euros, and when we called the inquiries, they said like this here, really, is it possible to pay a full hour? The first ten minutes should be free as everywhere this is theft

Excellent location right at the door steps of a big shopping mall. Clean safe area. Hotel is clean and quiet, maintained perfectly. Very good gym. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great hotel. The room was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and quick to solve any problem we had, even on the weekend. The bar has a great selection. The breakfast buffet was very good, however 25 Euro seemed a bit expensive, then I found out that many other hotels had a breakfast buffet that cost much more. Only a few minutes from the U4 train. The shopping center right across the street has an ATM that dispenses American dollars or Euros, as well as many restaurants and a few grocery stores.

Wonderful Hotel experience. The rooms were clean, polite staff, close proximity to public transport, shopping across the road, breakfast service and Vegan options were delightful. Will definitely recommend and would love to stay again. Keep up the good work. Cheers!

Hotel is good located for fair visitors, also close to shopping center with a lot of restaurants. Staff in hotel very polite. Minus in hotel is drink-bar only. At the evening we have waited app 30 minutes for two beers. I ordered to guy there twice...and he bring us warm beear… :(

Extremely impressed with the Movenpick Hotel Frankfurt City facilities. Everything looked as it did in the advertisement photos. Very satisfied with our stay and there were no negatives. Everything was perfect, very clean, and very nice. Above my expectation and one of the best places I have ever seen. Notable were the very comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, and clean carpets. Thanks for your excellence.
