Ao contrário dos palestrantes anteriores, acho que os Zi são bons para os padrões parisienses - eles não são novos - mas também não são dramaticamente esfarrapados. Sem mofo, camas limpas e boas. Tinha vista para o Arco do Triunfo quando ligeiramente inclinado sobre o parapeito - embora o quarto não tenha sido vendido como tal por um custo adicional. Veremos o café da manhã mais tarde. Parque de estacionamento subterrâneo da casa, um pouco apertado, é melhor não estacionar com uma limusine grande se você tiver escolha. Banheiro pequeno, mas chuveiro e banheira em um ok - minha esposa prefere tomar um banho quente à noite de qualquer maneira. Garagem por 30 € / dia abaixo do preço normal no centro (35 €) Sem buffet devido ao Corona, pratos com ovos na hora, conforme solicitado: ovo frito, cozido, omelete

Os funcionários do hotel e a localização foram as únicas coisas boas, os quartos são muito pequenos e antigos o quarto superior mostrado nas fotos não é o quarto superior real, não há área de estar nos quartos e não há espaço para eles! O nível de limpeza é muito ruim e temos que pedir toalhas todos os dias, pois eles não fornecem, chinelos estavam fora de estoque !! Não há água nos quartos e eles deveriam ser hotéis cinco estrelas. Nem todos os hotéis 3 estrelas podem ser melhores

A diferencia de los oradores anteriores, creo que los Zi son buenos para los estándares parisinos, no son nuevos, pero tampoco están dramáticamente en mal estado. Sin moho, limpias, buenas camas. Tenía una vista del Arco de Triunfo cuando se inclinó ligeramente sobre la barandilla, aunque la habitación no se vendió como tal a un costo adicional. Veremos el desayuno más tarde. Aparcamiento subterráneo en la casa, un poco estrecho, es mejor no detenerse con una gran limusina si tiene la opción. El baño es pequeño, pero la ducha y la bañera están bien; mi esposa prefiere tomar un baño caliente por la noche de todos modos. Garaje por 30 € / día por debajo del precio habitual en el centro (35 €) No hay buffet debido a Corona, platos de huevo a pedido según lo solicitado: huevo frito, cocido, tortilla

El personal del hotel y la ubicación eran las únicas cosas buenas, las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas y viejas, la habitación superior que se muestra en las fotos no es la habitación superior real, no hay zona para sentarse en las habitaciones y no hay espacio para ellas. El nivel de limpieza es muy malo y tenemos que pedir toallas todos los días ya que no las proporcionan, ¡las zapatillas se agotaron! No hay agua en las habitaciones y se supone que son un hotel de cinco estrellas ... no todos los hoteles de 3 estrellas podrían ser mejores

The hotel staff and location were the only good things, rooms are too small and old the superior room shown in the pictures is not the actual superior room there is no seating area in the rooms and there is no space for them !! The cleaning level is too bad and we have to ask for towels everyday as they don’t provide them, slippers were out of stock!! No water in the rooms and they are supposed to be five star hotel .. not at all 3 star hotels might be better

Hotel e localização maravilhosos. Recepção e funcionários foram muito gentis e amigáveis. Tem um upgrade gratuito de quarto que tornou a melhor experiência. O quarto era arrumado e limpo. Está em localização privilegiada. Você pode simplesmente caminhar até o Champs Elysee.

It’s a very nice hotel on the slightly expensive side for breakfast . But you got some stores nearby for you to buy stuff for the morning . In terms of stay they upgraded our room for free and staffs were very friendly . Would definitely visit again

Maravilloso hotel y ubicación. La recepción y el personal fueron muy amables y simpáticos. Conseguí una mejora gratuita de la habitación que la convirtió en la mejor experiencia. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. Está en una ubicación privilegiada. Puedes caminar hasta los Campos Elíseos.

Wonderful hotel and location. Front desk and staffs were very kind and friendly. Got a free upgrade of room which made it a best experience. Room was neat and clean. It is in prime location. You can just walk to champs elysee.

Location of the hotel is amazing! If you are going to be there for new year you will definitely be at the middle of the main event! You should definitely book early because its actually a small hotel with only 43 rooms. It has a good open area and best thing was smoking floors! Its great still to have some places where think us smokers! My only concern not only for the hotel but for everywhere in Paris is, come on this is France, I guess everybody wants your famous fresh croissants, baguettes, butter and pastry! These shouldn't be something that we should wait for hours at queues. Last but not least staff at the hotel thanks to all of them! They were all friendly, kind, professional, perfect!Definitely going to be the place to stay at the next visit to Paris!

This hotel is not 5 star. Rooms are old. Our curtain had a hole in and still does.. The bathroom needs completely redoing. The carpet outside our room is disgusting. Maid doesnt understand english Breakfast was poor and the service as well. €30 euros for a small sausage and tiny bit of egg. Waiter was not helpful at all. The view and location is good. The lady who checked us in was very helpful Phones still not working from Monday. Quite disappointing Would not return

One of the worst 5 star hotels that I have ever been. The location is good but the hotel rooms are lived down. The breakfast quality is low. I gave this hotel just one star for the location.

Good location and service at the front desk, but very poor service overall and poor cleaning... even with my Gold card from their Club Carlson program. Lo único bueno fue la ubicación y la atención en la recepción del hotel, porque la habitación era normalita, incluso tirando a mala, con un sillon en mal estado que se rompió el primer día con sólo apoyarme en él para encender la lampara de pie que había detrás... Fueron necesarias dos llamadas a recepción y media hora de espera para que lo retiraran sin pedir disculpas, ni reponerlo, ni limpiar los restos mas pequeños que quedaron... ni siquiera al día siguiente! En resumen, limpieza y servicio muy pobres... Y todo esto siendo "miembro oro" de su programa de fidelizacion...
