Poor internet connection and photos are not how the actual hotel is. It is not located Downtown but a few blocks away; the street outside the hotel is not nice. No quick visits are allowed which I think is a bad deal. 👎🏻 Also there’s no hot water.

Good location. Coffee with breakfast drinkable. Lots of space. Only one lift often hogged by the cleaners. No hot water. No facilities in room. Very old and dated. No English speaking staff except for one or two of reception. Breakfast staff inconsistent with rules of mask wearing. You either tell everyone, or you tell no one. You don’t pick on one or two people and leave the rest. This hotel states it’s a three star,. It simply isn’t. At Best it’s a two star.

Good Spacious rooms, good aircon, location. Bad Decor 1970's, no hot water, very little English spoken, poor breakfast offerings, inconsistent mask requirement- some told to wear while others without ignored, no English TV channels, poor sound insulation, only 1 lift often monopolised by the cleaners, no hotel bar. This is marked as a 3 star on booking sites - it's simply not - a 2 at best.

No hot water. Poor internet. Disorganized and poorly maintained. Do not confuse this location with the historic center which is a few block north. Here there are many more people sleeping in the streets. Breakfast is also in line with 2 stars. If there is nothing else available it is tolerable for a night. Lastly avoid taxis if possible if you are a tourist. They sense immediately and will take advantage. Uber is a much better choice.

A melhor coisa que fizemos foi ficar nesse hotel, pois fica perto da cidade muralhada, local este onde estão as melhores festas e feiras, bem como possui lugares históricos muito ricos de cultura local. O hotel é muito confortável, as pessoas da recepção muito amáveis e prestativas. A dona Maria que é uma das funcionárias da recepção, é um amor de pessoa. Lembro que passei apuros em uma situação com uma empresa aérea e o outro recepcionista foi super prestativol/ solidário e me ajudou a ligar para a empresa e aí consegui resolver tudo e no final ainda imprimiu o meu bilhete do voo. A vcs, meu muito obrigado. Caso queiram ir a Cartagena, podem ficar sem medo nesse hotel.

Fronteiras fechadas!!! Tivemos os vôos cancelados... E o hotel, não teve o mínimo de humanidade para remarcar nossa estadia e nem devolver o nosso dinheiro em meio dessa pandemia... Não recomendo esse hotel a ninguém... Já estou tomando judicialmente as medidas cabíveis... Já mudaram o nome e a razão social... Salientando, foi um pacote adquirido junto a Decolar Brasil... Que também está registrada como uma empresa no Uruguai...

El hotel cuenta con muy buena ubicación a unos pasos del centro histórico. El personal es muy amable. Si bien las habitaciones son cómodas y cuentan con todo lo básico, a la decoración del hotel le hace falta un poco de la magia del Caribe y de un edificio antiguo.Se pueden encontrar mejores opciones en el barrio Getsemaní y en el centro histórico por precios similares.

La amabilidad del personal y el desayuno completísimo que ofrece, se llevan todos los premios. De lo mejor que he probado. La ubicación es excelente (150 m de la Torre del reloj). No ofrecen agua caliente, pero la temperatura que hace en la ciudad hace que no se sienta esta falta. Es un hotel sencillo, pero volvería mil veces.

Próximo ao Castillo de San Felipe, Torre del Reloj, Ciudad Amurallada, praia, 5 minutos de carro de Bocagrande. Quartos grandes, limpos, com armários. Café da manha bom e recepcionistas muito simpáticos.

Simpatia da equipe do hotel, café da manhã satisfatório. A grande vantagem deste hotel é estar próxima da Torre do Reloj, da Cidade Amuralhada e do Getsemani. Esta proximidade facilita para se locomover por estes pontos pois, se passa bastante tempo nestes lugares. Além disso, tem taxi disponível na porta do hotel o que permite conhecer todos os pontos de Cartagena visto que o valor pago pela corrida é muito pequeno, permitindo fazer toda Cartagena de taxi. Mas, esta mesma proximidade destes pontos tem algumas desvantagens que podem desagradar a algumas pessoas. Nessa região, se tem muito barulho. São os carros que buzinam o tempo inteiro (em BocaGrande não há tanta buzinação), tem os controladores de transito que apitam o tempo inteiro e tem o som das boates que funcionam de quarta ao domingo tocando rumba. Quem vai para curtir não vai se incomodar. Mas, quem procura relaxar tambem, pode se incomodar. Barulhos da rua incomodam um pouco nos quartos da frente e o da boate incomodam nos quartos do fundo. Mas, é mais tranquilo que o som da rua. Porém, os quartos da frente são melhores. O ar-condicionado não funcionou satisfatóriamente em alguns quartos.

Superou minhas expectativas. Bem centralizado. Perto de tudo. Muito limpo. Funcionários muito cordiais. Super indico!

NOT recommended Shabby hotel with very low standard rooms (not at all that nice as on the pictures). We got an downgrade (less beds, no balcony) with the explanation, that our room category is fully booked, no excuse, no money back for the downgrade because of the weird explanation, that all rooms are the same price. Definitely not what is written on the booking site and what we have payed for! We just stayed one night and cancelled the other four nights - after some hard discussion we got at least the money back for these four nights. There are much better optiones in that area!!

The location was perfect, right between Getsemani and the old city walls! The room was very basic but the air conditioner worked wonders. The buffet breakfast was good. I would recommend staying here if you don't plan on staying/hanging out in your room too much (no where to sit except the bed and the TV had no HD compatibility and very old). But if you're like us and tend to be out all day and explore, then it's not a bad choice!

Our stay was really good! The place is nice, there is ac in the room, they do cleaning every day, and also are always there for the guests. The morning breakfast is delicious and with a good variety to choose. Really good location too!

It is located at the historical area, near every monument. The breakfast is excellent although don't have lunch or dinner service. The hotel is clean and the personnel friendly and helpful. Taxis and tour are easy to take in this area to visit the attactions.

The San Felipe is right across the park, in front of Gestemani and beging the walled city so you are close to everything. Hotel was extremely clean. Service was exceptional and staff was always eager...
