“El personal era nuevo y no estaba completamente capacitado, pero todos fueron muy agradables. Las habitaciones son básicas y muchos de los desagües no drenan bien, pero nuestro grupo fue trasladado de esas habitaciones. Es un hotel promedio en una excelente ubicación.”
— Bernadette Gilson
“As a soccer family we travel together stayed in numerous hotels and never experienced such unnecessary situation it’s considered a family friendly hotel but this was far from that so last Saturday, the hotel staff, instead of coming to talk to the parents, called the police on some of our boys playing soccer outside the hotel. By the time police arrived (with a K-9 unit), the boys had already stopped playing. Police officer spoke to us and seemed annoyed that the hotel had call for that. To be clear, we have been in many hotels for tournaments and away games and players, not only from our team, but from other teams always do that (touch/pass the ball outside), yet we have never had an issue. Just very unfortunate and upsetting we have great boys and this was just a very unnecessary . It’s a very nice hotel but staff needs to be trained better for big families stay .”
