“Este Marriott está sempre limpo nos cantos e bordas, nunca um corredor sujo ou jardins externos. As janelas são transparentes e a equipe está com os homens da casa e a recepção foi muito útil. O homem da casa, alto, faz de tudo para ajudar os outros. Muito generoso.”

“First day- no housekeeping. 2nd day- no housekeeping, 3rd day- as we were leaving for the day, I asked front desk to send in housekeeping. Upon our return after 8pm, room was unsecured. Husband checked room for safety and then I called down to desk. Front desk apologized and said, “housekeeping probably forgot to secure the door.” We we’re gone for 10 hours. No clue how long the room was unsecured. Thankfully, nothing was taken, but we were very lucky as our room was close to the elevator. No one followed up to see if anything was taken. Safety should be a priority, not be treated as an inconvenience. We will not return and will not recommend to anyone.”
