“Fantastic experience staying here for a few nights. The staff is all excellent from the front desk to the bar/restaurant and housekeeping. They’ve remodeled the building nicely so it doesn’t have the problems that some of the older flagship Hiltons do. For Diamond Members and those with lounge access, they put on a high quality drinks and snacks service in the evenings for 2 hours (seriously, if you’re from the US and used to Hilton’s declining standards there, you’ll be very pleased). Breakfast is of above average quality. The location of the hotel is nice too, with some rooms having a pleasant view of the river and only about a 15 minute walk to the center. My only slight issue with the property is the somewhat limited hours of the sauna (2 hours in the morning and 2 in the evening). I’ll be staying here again next time I’m in Helsinki.”
