“Entiendo que por la pandemia el personal de servicio esté limitado, pero debo comentar nuestra experiencia tal cual. Tuvimos varios problemas en la habitación que denotaban falta de mantenimiento, y aunque en general el personal de servicio ponía todo lo que estaba en sus manos y era entusiasta no dejó de ser lento y en algunas ocasiones deficiente”
