“We had a fantastic getaway from the Canadian winter following a 2 year lock down. So many good things to say about the food and staff at this location. The room facilities needed some work, hence the lower review but what the facilities lacked the food and friendly staff made up for.
Google needs half star ratings. I'd give it a 4.5.
The beach was nice but if you are looking for the ocean experience the east coast is better. Although the city of Puerto Vallarta is beautifully situated amongst the mountains. So much culture in this city if you are willing to explore.”

“So overall I like this place.The location is great and the property is nice with great access to beach front.The restaurants are nice and the food is pretty good for an all inclusive.My one complaint is the musty smell of the rooms.The AC automatically shuts off when you are not in the room so the rooms take a while to cool off when you come into the room and that contributes to the musty odor.We had to ask for a dehumidifier to help the smell but it didn't take it completely away.The rooms are nice but they could use a little updating.But if you can get past that then this is a really nice place to stay.I'd definitely come back.”
