“Truly the dirtiest and hotel I have ever stayed in. Had to stay here due to flight cancellations, and this is the hotel the airline sent us to. The room was disgusting, with stains on every wall and surface, holes in the bedsheets, peeling ceiling and broken outlets. There was dust built up in every corner of the room, showing the room clearly was not vacuumed thoroughly. The menu book had food stains and who knows what else dried all over it. Everything was filthy.
We did not eat at the restaurant but had to grab some utensils and napkins from there, and it was disgusting. I certainly would not eat there.

“We were booked here on an American Airlines voucher because of a missing connection. I was skeptical at first after seeing the reviews, however, I did have some positive feedback. The desk ladies were extremely nice, the room was decent. Clean, but in need of refurbishing. The king bed was comfortable. We used our food vouchers in the restaurant to get take out, that attendant was very nice also. It was almost closing time, but she filled our order so we could get something to eat last night. Is this a hotel where I would want to spend a few days? No, but it was adequate for the situation , and the pleasant staff helped make the best of the situation. We had a meal, a shower and a clean bed. The shuttle was prompt in the morning,too.”
