Tudo novo e bonito. Café da manhã bem servido e funcionários cordiais. Possui serviço de guarda malas e recebe correspondência sem custo. Só não trocam o lençol do sofá cama. Boa localizaçãocom restaurantes, lanchonetes e farmácias na região. Possui um ponto de ônibus do "circulator" na esquina e próximo do ponto "big bus" linha amarela. 30 minutos de caminhada até a casa branca, memorial do Lincoln e centro de Georgetown.

I am absolutely eaten up in bug bites after my stay here.Each day they got worse and there seemed to be more each day when I woke up.I have worn long pants each time I have gone out except for walking across to the gas station across the street.I let management know and they had a bed bug test done and said they didn’t find anything so they offered me $100 and a new room.I wonder if I can go to the hospital or get new clothes for $100 in DC?I said no thank you and walked with all my stuff to a new hotel.I cannot stop scratching these bites.If you stay here please spray down your room with Lysol or something or just don’t stay here.I also read that DC is in the top two cities in America for bed bugs, so that’s awesome.I took pictures of my bites in case management would like to see them.

Bem localizado. Ao lado de uma paragem de autocarro Circulator (leva-nos após pontos mais importantes por 1USD). Apenas a realçar a péssima qualidade do pequeno almoço. Por favor,deem uma boa formação ao cozinheiro e mudem o pessoal de apoio, são muito antipáticos e com pouca vontade de trabalhar. De resto, atendimento no check in e Out muito agradável. Valets muito corteses. Bons quartos, casas de banho e a máquina de cafés é muito agradável no fim de um longo dia.

Hotel muito bom. Limpo e brilhante. Pessoal educado e simpático. O café da manhã foi uma boa surpresa. Eles comeram torradas, muffins, bagels, mas também panquecas e waffles! E uma bela verdade de frutas frescas. US $ 50 / dia para estacionar, o que aumenta, mas isso é típico de D.C.

Convenient to a lot of places, with bus and subway not far away. Room was nicely appointed, not the best view of the office building next door. Loved the pool and exercise room. Breakfast buffet is kind of lacking, one fruit and no yogurt, if you like carbs its a buffet for you.

Very nice hotel. Clean and bright. Polite, friendly staff. The breakfast was a nice surprise. They had the usual toast, muffins, bagels, but they also had pancakes and waffles! And a nice verity of fresh fruit. $50/day to park, which adds up, but that's typical of D.C.

Esta localização é pior e a gerência é descuidada com o problema do cliente. Além disso, a pessoa da reserva central designada para o CD ou para aquele local específico é muito pouco profissional. Primeiro, a senhora da central de reservas que reservou nossa estadia de uma noite no hotel - não se importou em fornecer a informação de que há uma cobrança separada para o estacionamento (o que é um grande problema para um lugar movimentado como DC). Segundo, ela também negou que não haverá depósito no hotel (mas pedimos e pagamos 50 $ de depósito no hotel). E terceiro, a central cancela nossa reserva sem nos avisar mas nos cobrou pela noite !! Então, quando você dirige 8 horas ou mais com uma criança doente e chega ao hotel por volta da 1h da manhã e a equipe do turno da noite lhe pergunta sobre todo o pacote do estacionamento e o depósito e (mais tarde a grande bomba) cancelar a reserva - diga-me como uma pessoa sente !! De qualquer forma, o material noturno nos forneceu um quarto diferente e não podemos reclamar da limpeza ou qualquer coisa sobre o quarto. Então, na manhã seguinte, quando estávamos fazendo o check-out, informamos a situação ao gerente britânico! e, como esperado, a resposta foi muito sem desculpas e simpática. Sua resposta direta- a reserva e o cancelamento são tratados pela central !!! Mais uma vez, pensamos que deixar para trás a experiência horrível, mas não, este pessoal do Hyatt não vai deixar você esquecer a experiência !! Verificamos nossa conta bancária e descobrimos que nos cobraram duas vezes por um dia de estadia !! Mais uma vez temos que falar com eles, informar sobre isso e novamente lidar com sua abordagem sem emoção por seu próprio erro !! Fomos informados de que está corrigido mas ainda aguardamos o reembolso. As equipes deste Hyatt precisam de treinamento profissional e de atendimento ao cliente sério, pois este é um negócio de hospitalidade, se eu o conheço bem, mas eles estão faltando !! Não recomendado.

Very nice modern hotel. Very clean on our visit. The bed and covers were super comfortable. Our room with two queen beds was spacious, as was the bathroom. We arrived around 11pm on a Wednesday for a single night stay, and the welcome/hospitality was a little weak. Nothing was mentioned about the wi-fi or breakfast hours, or even so much as a "thank you" or "have a good night". The hospitality was much better in the morning. We inquired about a delayed checkout, as checkout is usually noon, but we had an appointment at noon that morning and we didn't want to carry all our baggage with us to the embassy. The hostess said that our checkout could be pushed to 2pm. The embassy was super delayed, and we arrived back at the hotel around 2:10pm, and the hostess was very understanding, polite, and allowed us access to the room again to get our bags. She also thanked us and wished us a lovely day and safe travels. This was the only reason my review was bumped back up to a 5 star, after our cold reception.

This location is worse and the management is careless about customer’s problem. Also, the central reservation person who is assigned for DC or for that particular location is very unprofessional. First, the central reservation lady who reserved our one night staying at the hotel- didn’t care to provide the information that there is a separate charge for the parking lot( which is very big issue for a busy place like DC). Second, also she denied that there won’t be any deposit at the hotel (but we asked and paid 50$ deposit at the hotel).And third, the central cancel our reservation without notify us but charged us for the night!! So, when you drive 8 plus hours with a sick toddler and reach the hotel around 1 am and the night shift staff asking you about all the parking lot bundle package and deposit and (later on the big bomb) reservation cancel- just tell me how one person feel!! Anyway the night stuff provided us a different room and we have no complain for the cleanliness or anything about the room. So next morning when we’re checking-out, we informed the situation to their British manager! and as expected the response was very unapologetic and a-sympathetic. Her straight answer- the reservation and cancellation is dealt by the central!!! Again we thought we leave behind the horrible experience but nope, this Hyatt staffs will not let you forget the experience!! We checked our bank account and find they charged us twice for one day staying !! Again we have to talk to them, inform about it and again deal with their emotionless approach for their own mistake!! We are informed that it is corrected but still waiting for the refund. This Hyatt staffs need serious professional and customer care training cause this is hospitality business if I know it right- but they are lack of it!! Not recommended.

Staff is quick and friendly, room is clean and modern. We recommended the valet service: although it is an extra $50 per day- the convenience is worth it. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Overall my stay was fine and the hotel has pretty much everything you need for a vacation stay. What really makes this place is the location. Everything is close by including public transit stops making it easy to visit all the sights, National Mall area is about a 15 minute walk away. My only issue was our bathroom. The bathroom door was lightly frosted glass and the lock was useless making privacy non existent. The glass didn't feel sturdy either, they should be replaced.

A localização é otima. Central para chegar a qualquer lugar a pé, se você gosta de caminhar, ou de metrô (estação a cerca de 5 minutos a pé). O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. Frigobar, café e cofre para uso pessoal. A única razão pela qual não foi um 5 é que houve um pequeno problema com a obtenção de algumas toalhas de rosto extras em 1 dia. O problema foi resolvido no dia seguinte. Todo o resto foi muito bom. Pessoal muito bom. Nós iremos visitar novamente.

The location is great. Central to get to anywhere either by foot if you like to walk or by Metro (station about a 5 min walk). Room is spacious and clean. Mini fridge, coffee and safe for personal use. Only reason it wasn't a 5 is there was a slight issue with getting some extra face cloths on 1 day. Issue was remedied by the next day. Everything else was very good. Very nice staff. We will visit again.

El lugar está muy bien. Muy buena ubicación en Dupont Circle, relativamente cerca del Metro. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. El desayuno es completo. Volveríaen especial cuando se consiguen buenas tarifas. Lo recomiendo!
