O Raffels é um dos melhores hotéis de Manila na minha opinião. Está centralmente localizado e a uma curta distância da maioria dos lugares em Makati. A comida é muito boa, o atendimento também. Os quartos são modernos e o WiFi é bom e rápido. Posso recomendar o hotel com certeza.

El Raffels es uno de los mejores hoteles de Manila en mi opinión. Tiene una ubicación céntrica ya poca distancia a pie de la mayoría de los lugares en Makati. La comida es muy buena, el servicio también. Las habitaciones son modernas y el WiFi es bueno y rápido. Puedo recomendar el hotel con seguridad.

Parece raro encontrar um restaurante buffet em qualquer lugar da cidade nos dias de hoje. No entanto, encontramos um, e foi uma experiência agradável de jantar. Não muito lotado. Não há tantas opções que você não pode descobrir por onde começar, apenas o suficiente do melhor de todas as cozinhas do mundo. Normalmente, não vejo comida do Oriente Médio no menu, mas as opções eram muito deliciosas, até a comida filipina era boa. O dim aum chinês também estava no menu, então você sabe que eu tinha que tentar. A estação de escultura deixou um pouco a desejar. A carne assada foi um pouco difícil para o meu gosto. A melhor parte foi o bar do deserto e café, bem como a estação halo halo. O chef de pastelaria era muito experiente, pois ahe compartilhou as ofertas do deserto conosco. O melhor foi o pudim de pão. Posso voltar só pelo pudim de pão e aquele sorriso. Sim, trouxe um grande sorriso ao meu rosto que eu sei que estarei de volta.

Parece raro encontrar un restaurante buffet en cualquier parte de la ciudad en estos días. Sin embargo, encontramos uno, y fue una experiencia gastronómica agradable. No demasiado lleno. No hay tantas opciones que no sepas por dónde empezar, solo lo suficiente de lo mejor de todas las cocinas del mundo. Por lo general, no veo comida del Medio Oriente en el menú, pero las opciones eran muy deliciosas, diablos, incluso la comida filipina era buena. El dim aum chino también estaba en el menú, así que tenía que probarlo. Sin embargo, la estación de tallado dejaba un poco que desear. El Roast Beef estaba un poco duro para mi gusto. La mejor parte fue el desierto y la cafetería, así como la estación halo halo. El pastelero estaba muy bien informado ya que compartió las ofrendas del desierto con nosotros. Lo mejor era su budín de pan. Puedo volver solo por el budín de pan y esa sonrisa. Sí, me trajo una gran sonrisa a la cara que sé que volveré.

It seems rare to find a buffet restaurant anywhere in the city these days. However, we found one, and it was a pleasant dining experience. Not too crowded. Not so many choices you cant digure out where ro start, just enough of the best of every cuisine in the world. I don't usually see mid eastern food on the menu, but the choices were very delicious, heck even the Filipino food was good. Chinese dim aum was also on the menu, so you know I had to give it a try. The carving station though left a bit to be desired. The Roast Beef was a bit tough for my taste. The best part was the desert anf coffee bar as well as the halo halo station. The pastry chef was very knowledgeable as ahe shared the desert offerings with us. The best was her bread pudding. I can return just for the bread pudding and that smile. Yeah, it brought quite the smile to my face that I know I'll be back.

Absolutamente ótimo e elegante 👍 Pessoal, quartos, café da manhã, cama e travesseiros - tudo foi perfeito! Vistas deslumbrantes das janelas dos quartos e do bar do terraço! Grande coleção de enciclopédias no saguão 📚 📚 Gostaria de ter mais tempo para ficar mais tempo ❤️ Apenas uma pequena coisa a melhorar na minha humilde opinião: a água da piscina externa poderia ser um pouco mais quente :))

Raffles não é o hotel mais novo da cidade, mas está bem conservado, os apartamentos possuem cozinha totalmente equipada, todos os talheres estão disponíveis, máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de lavar louça toda em cima, cama muito confortável !!! o pessoal está sempre tentando agradá-lo. A única coisa que vejo é o café horrível no café da manhã, muito, muito forte e amargo, mas como você sabe, não dá para discutir sobre o gosto 😁

Raffles no es el hotel más nuevo de la ciudad, pero está bien mantenido, los apartamentos tienen cocina totalmente equipada, todos los cubiertos están disponibles, lavadora, lavaplatos en la parte superior, la cama es muy cómoda. el personal siempre está tratando de complacerte. Lo único que veo es el terrible café del desayuno, muy, muy fuerte y amargo, pero como sabes, no puedes discutir sobre el sabor 😁

Raffles is not the newst Hotel in town, but it is well maintained, the apartments have full equipped kitchen, all cutlery is available, wash-dryer, dishwasher all top, bed is very comfortable!!! the staff is always trying to please you. The only thing I see is the terrible coffee for breakfast, very, very strong and bitter, but as you know, you can't argue about taste 😁

Sempre uma ótima experiência no Raffles Makati. Os quartos são limpos e desinfetados. Os funcionários são excelentes. Tive que esperar durante a retirada, mas suponho que, com a pandemia, eles estão com uma equipe um pouco curta. Na sala de jantar aliás foi incrível.

Siempre una gran experiencia en Raffles Makati. Las habitaciones están limpias, desinfectadas. El personal es sobresaliente. Tuve que esperar durante la comida para llevar, pero supongo que con la pandemia tienen un poco de personal. En el comedor de la habitación por cierto fue increíble.

Always a great experience at Raffles Makati. Rooms are clean, sanitized. Staff are outstanding. Had to wait during take out but I suppose with the pandemic they’re a bit short staffed. In room dining btw was awesome.

Alfresco Dining at Merio Restaurant já está aberto.Um pouco chateado porque pensei que finalmente poderia usar meu cartão Accor plus, mas o restaurante não está mais oferecendo o desconto como antes :)

Reservamos a cobertura para o aniversário da minha irmã. E, minha palavra ... Eu pedi foie gras tostado na frigideira. A textura tão macia e apresentação, simplesmente requintada. A combinação do miso com o molho de laranja se encaixa muito bem. Posso dizer que o chef deu uma arte em um prato. Muito bem feito, cumprimentos ao chef. Assim como o pessoal é muito atencioso e o hotel é tão luxuoso e zela pelas regras de higiene, tão impressionado. Definitivamente, vale a pena sortear um hotel de residência para reservar alguém para sua pessoa especial.

We booked the rooftop for my sister's birthday. And oh my word.. I ordered the pan seared foie gras. The texture so soft and presentation, just exquisite. The combinantion of the miso and orange sauce fits so well. I can tell the chef gave an art on a plate.So well done, compliments to the chef. As well as the staff is very attentive and the hotel is so luxurious and watches over the hygiene rules, so impressed. Definitely a worth going to raffle residence hotel to book someone for your special someone.

Social distancing meant that the Long Bar was closed but the terrace on the ground floor was great fire drinks as long as you order food to accompany it as it is a RESTAURANT and not a bar. The drinks were Supreme! My negroni was perfection. ❤

Absolutely great and elegant 👍 Staff, rooms, breakfast, bed and pillows - everything was perfect! Breathtaking views from the room windows and the rooftop bar! Great collection of encyclopedias at the lobby 📚 📚 Wish we had more time to stay longer ❤️ Just a minor thing to improve in my humble opinion: water in the outdoor pool could be just a little bit warmer :))

Such a nice and cozy hotel. It happens not really often that i enter a hotel and say wow right from the beginning. The suits are beautiful, clean and silent and finally a master key next to the bed to switch of all the lights. The breakfast is really good. You must visit the roof top bar with the view over makati.. For me the best option to stay in Manila, and for sure now our hotel to be when we are coming back👌🏻

A piece of pure heaven! That was our experience of the Raffles hotel in Makati. I travel a lot and Honestly, it is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! My training organisation teaches cutting edge customer service but the team there took hospitality to a level I didn’t even know was possible. The suites were incredible (they only have suites no standard rooms) and they had thought of every conceivable thing. They tailored their recommendation sheet for us incorporating child Friendly activities and they gave us a full supply of baby bathroom products as My daughter is two (as well as all the usual gorgeous bathroom goodies for adults.) My children were asked their names at check in and from then on, EVERY staff member (be it in a restaurant or at one of the pools or in the foyer etc) called them each by name. They received colouring in books printed with their names in them. On our last day, they set out cupcakes in our room with a tray of icing and decorations for them to design their own cupcakes. The list goes on and I don’t want to ruin all the surprises because I would Love you to go and experience it yourself. It did help that I’m an Accor platinum member so we received high tea in the Writers Bar every afternoon and limitless cocktails between 6-8pm each evening and complimentary breakfast with free flowing Moet on the 9th floor. So you can see why it was an experience worth gushing about. Now before you go thinking I spent thousands and thousands of dollars on the suite each night (which I would happily now do!) I will tell you I have paid more per night at the NOVOTEL in Newcastle than I did per night at Raffles!
