“You pay for sauna but it’s closed, every hotel we stayed before and afterwards had a usable sauna. The gym made me crying. They tell you because Covid-19 law but that’s not true. You pay for breakfast but it’s not ready in the early morning. Absolutely no recommendation”

“Experiência terrível para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Para começar um zumbido estranho no quarto impossível descansar à noite. De manhã, não havia água quente no quarto e nem se importaram em resolver, disseram que era falha no hotel inteiro, passamos na recepção dizem que é só naquele piso. Em vez de sermos compensados não, ainda nos queriam cobrar extra por ficar mais umas horas depois do check out. Em comparação a outros hotéis até de 3 estrelas este deixa imenso a desejar. Não recomendo!”
