THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM!!Once you enter the lobby, the staffs will immediately approach you trying their best to make you.... SMILE! Yes, all of them are trying their best to make you smile and give you the best service! 😂From the warm greetings to the casual small chats by the beach, the staffs are always there to assist you with anything you need. For a hotel with this reputation, you'd want to expect some "over the top" services; which they certainly didn't fail to provide you with.When writing a good review, it's often hard to put into words of how good something is. I think it is best if you just go and experience it yourself! You will feel that every dollar spent for this hotel is very much worth it.However, there was a small hiccup during check in. I was asked by the receptionist for a deposit costing as much as my room itself! Who'd bring that much cash especially if one is travelling to an island resort? I offered to pay by Debit Card but they said the refund process would take 2 months!! Nevertheless, the issue was resolved when I requested to not pay for the deposit. I understand that this policy was not made by the staffs but rather the management, so it doesn't affect the overall hospitality services.PS: Don't miss out on the daily Champagne sabering at 6.30pm daily! Oh, if you're looking for the best sunset view, head over to Kayuputi. The hammock "seats" are limited so get there early at 6.15pm.

O melhor hotel de Langkawi! Serviço e comida inigualáveis na ilha. Uma bela decoração e jardins, mas de longe a melhor coisa sobre este lugar é o serviço alegre - nada é demais! Esta é a nossa terceira estadia no St Regis. Depois de experimentar o Four Seasons, o Ritz e o Andaman - nunca ficaremos em nenhum outro lugar em Langkawi a não ser aqui. Sem dúvida um dos meus melhores lugares onde fiquei. A propriedade tem um ambiente relaxante e todas as instalações são bem planejadas e confortáveis, a comida é muito boa e a localização é de tirar o fôlego. Mas a propriedade é metade do motivo pelo qual adorei o lugar. Acho que o que torna este lugar completo são seus funcionários. Que nos fez sentir em casa. Devo semear meu agradecimento a toda a equipe de funcionários. Obrigado por sua gentil hospitalidade. Este foi um daqueles lugares que me senti triste por deixar no final das minhas férias.

Sin duda uno de mis mejores lugares en los que me alojé. La propiedad tiene un ambiente tan relajante y todas las instalaciones están bien planificadas y son cómodas, la comida es tan buena y la ubicación es impresionante. Pero la propiedad es la mitad de mi razón por la que me encantó el lugar. Creo que lo que hace que este lugar sea completo es su personal. Quien nos hizo sentir como en casa. Debo sembrar mi agradecimiento a todo el equipo de personal. Gracias por su amable hospitalidad. Este fue uno de esos lugares que me entristeció dejar al final de mis vacaciones.

Undoubtedly one of my best places I stayed. The property have such a relaxing ambiance and every facility is well planned tip top and comfortable, the food soo good, and the location is breathtaking. But the property is half of my reason I loved the place. I think what makes this place complete is its staffs. Who made us feel at home. I must sow my appreciation to the whole team of staffs. Thank you for your kind hospitality. This was one of those places I felt sad to leave at end of my vacation.

Aproveitei umas férias curtas de verão aqui com uma vista linda. Comida incrível, praia particular, ótimo ambiente. Beber antes do jantar ao pôr do sol também foi muito bom.O ambiente em todo o hotel é bom e a comida é deliciosa. É o lugar perfeito para ficar com conforto e sem fazer nada. A praia particular e a rede onde você pode beber enquanto vê o pôr do sol do bar também são boas.

Nós ficamos na suíte com piscina de St Regis e conseguimos uma taxa muito boa, já que meu parceiro é um médico. Os quartos foram projetados com bom gosto e o serviço foi bom. A suíte com piscina garantiu que você tenha privacidade e não precise se misturar com o público em geral do lado de fora.A coisa maravilhosa sobre este hotel é que, embora a ocupação estivesse cheia. Você nunca realmente sente que há muitas pessoas no hotel. O serviço de mordomo adicionado também foi um toque agradável.

Disfruté de unas cortas vacaciones de verano aquí con una hermosa vista. Comida increíble, playa privada, excelente ambiente. Las bebidas antes de la cena al atardecer también fueron muy agradables.El ambiente de todo el hotel es bueno y la comida deliciosa. Es el lugar perfecto para alojarse cómodamente y sin hacer nada. La playa privada y la hamaca donde puedes beber mientras contemplas la puesta de sol desde el bar también fueron buenas.

Nos alojamos en la suite de la piscina de St Regis y conseguimos un precio muy bueno ya que mi compañero es médico. Las habitaciones estaban diseñadas con mucho gusto y el servicio era bueno. La suite de la piscina le garantiza privacidad y no necesita mezclarse con el público en general afuera.Lo maravilloso de este hotel es que, aunque la ocupación estaba completa. En realidad, nunca sientes que hay mucha gente en el hotel. El servicio de mayordomo añadido también fue un buen toque.

We stayed in the pool suite of St Regis and got a very good rate since my partner is a doctor. Rooms were tastefully designed and service was good. The pool suite ensured you have privacy and don't need to mix around with the general public outside. The wonderful thing about this hotel is that although the occupancy was full. You never actually feel like there are a lot of people in the hotel. The added butler service was also a nice touch.

Eu fiquei em janeiro de 2020. Naquela época, o status do Marriott Bonvoy tinha acabado de mudar para Titanium Elite, mas embora eu tivesse feito a reserva com o preço mais baixo e a aplicação de melhor tarifa fosse aprovada, era quase a metade do preço normal, mas há um hotel de 260 m2 chamado Suíte Astor. Eu fiz um upgrade para o segundo maior quarto. O hotel tem uma entrada e um lobby agradáveis, e tem uma ótima atmosfera, não importa onde você o corta. A sala era grande demais para carregar, mas foi uma estadia elegante. O café da manhã estava delicioso e consegui entrar na piscina aos poucos, mas acho que a maior atração desse hotel é o restaurante "KAYUPUTI". Um restaurante que flutua no mar do outro lado do cais. Eu não estava mais fascinado com a localização. Se você ficou neste hotel, eu definitivamente quero que você vá a este restaurante.Se você tiver a chance de ir para Langkawi novamente, este é um hotel que você definitivamente deseja visitar novamente.

Meu primo próximo e eu decidimos tirar férias rapidamente em uma das ilhas da Malásia assim que o CMCO no país fosse suspenso. À chegada ao hotel, fomos recebidos por alguns funcionários simpáticos e acolhedores do hotel. Foi uma sensação muito agradável. Foi uma grande surpresa para nós, porque nosso quarto Premier do Mar de Andaman tinha sido atualizado gratuitamente para um muito melhor, a suíte St Regis. Você pode imaginar como ficamos animados e felizes, com certeza! A experiência geral foi excelente, um dos melhores hotéis de luxo em que já me hospedei. Toda a equipe foi profissional, amigável e acolhedora. Parabéns à equipe! A suíte era perfeita para nós dois - elegante, super limpa e prática. Nós não saímos do hotel para explorar Langkawi durante a nossa estadia, já que queríamos relaxar e preguiçosamente, vamos colocar desta forma. Seleção de café da manhã foi maravilhoso! Era la primera vez que nos alojábamos en The St. Regis Langkawi y los recuerdos que teníamos son inolvidables. Mi primo cercano y yo decidimos tomarnos unas vacaciones rápidas en una de las islas de Malasia tan pronto como se levantó la CMCO en el país. Al llegar al hotel, fuimos recibidos por un personal amable y acogedor en el hotel. Fue una sensación muy agradable. Fue una gran sorpresa para nosotros porque nuestra habitación Premier Andaman Sea había sido mejorada gratis a una mucho mejor, St Regis Suite. Podrías imaginar lo emocionados y felices que estábamos, ¡seguro que lo hicimos! La experiencia en general fue excelente, uno de los mejores hoteles de lujo en los que me he alojado. Todo el personal fue profesional, amable y servicial. ¡Felicitaciones al equipo! La suite era perfecta para los dos: elegante, súper limpia y práctica. No salimos del hotel para explorar Langkawi durante nuestra estancia, ya que queríamos relajarnos y holgazanear, digámoslo de esta manera. ¡La selección del desayuno fue maravillosa! ¡Estancia simplemente espléndida!

It was our first time staying at the The St. Regis Langkawi and the memories that we had are unforgettable. My close cousin and I decided to have a quick vacation in one of the islands in Malaysia as soon as the CMCO in the country was lifted. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by some friendly and welcoming staff in the hotel. It was a very pleasant feeling. It was a big surprise for us because our Premier Andaman Sea room had been upgraded for free to a much better one, St Regis Suite. You could imagine how excited and happy we were, we sure did! The overall experience was superb, one of the best luxury hotels that I have had stayed. All staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the team! The suite was just perfect for both of us - classy, super clean and practical. We did not go out of the hotel to explore Langkawi at all during our stay as we wanted to relax and lazy around, let's put it this way. Breakfast selection was marvellous! Simply splendid stay!

Pasé unas vacaciones increíbles aquí. Reservamos la Pool Suite por dos noches y disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. Atención a los hijabis, la piscina no está oculta y puede ser vista por otros. ¡El servicio de mayordomo es una experiencia nueva para nosotros y nos encanta! Hay servicios de cortesía y créame, será mimado.Todo el personal es amable, muy servicial y muy informativo. Básicamente, todos tienen conocimiento sobre los resorts y están dispuestos a compartirlos. Incluso se ofrecen como voluntarios para ser su fotógrafo personal.Estas fueron nuestras primeras vacaciones como padres y St. Regis, Langkawi simplemente las convirtió en las mejores hasta ahora. ¡Gracias!

Tive umas férias incríveis aqui. Reservado o Pool Suite para duas noites e realmente aproveitar a estadia. Atenção aos hijabis, a piscina não está escondida e pode ser vista por outras pessoas. O serviço de mordomo é uma experiência nova para nós e adoramos! Há serviços gratuitos e, acredite, você será estragado.Os funcionários são todos amigáveis, super prestativos e muito informativos. Basicamente, todos têm conhecimento sobre os resorts e estão dispostos a compartilhá-los. Eles até se oferecem para ser seu fotógrafo pessoal.Estas foram nossas primeiras férias como pais e St. Regis, Langkawi apenas tornou-as as melhores até agora. Obrigado!

Had an amazing vacation here. Booked the Pool Suite for two nights and we really enjoy our stay. Heads up to the hijabis, the pool is not hidden and can be seen by others. The butler service is a new experience for us and we love it! There’s complimentary services and trust me you will be spoilt. The staffs are all friendly, super helpful and very informative. Basically all of them have knowledge about the resorts and willing to share them. They even volunteer to be ur personal photographer. This was our first vacation as parents and St. Regis, Langkawi just made it the best one so far. Thank you!

It's hard not to fall in love with this stunning hotel and with service to match. So much class and sophistication. There is plenty of great spot for photography! I stayed in the pool plunge vila that has direct excess to the beach. I feel like never want to leave !!

Checked in by walk -. in not through booking being explained room will be ready in one hour politely by a charming Indian associate. She gave us nicest room in the universe Ocean View. I hope she will give us 2 identical rooms with wide balcony in the future. I feel I'm in the Caribbean in that room. How kind of her like she read my mind. Excellent boutique assistant, kids club associate, spa manager but the spa therapist need to brush up her skills to become excellent. Nice butlers because remember my birthday and nice in room dining, excellent restaurant associates and nice lounge singer rendering songs. Excellent Nasi Lemak Lobster, the best I ever taste! Overall experience most satisfactory and excellent. The staff are courteous, warm and friendly. I'll definitely come again!
