O único problema que tive foi que fui fazer o check-in e eles me notificaram de um depósito de 300 dólares. Eu não tinha animal de estimação, portanto, não deveria ter que fazer isso, nem qualquer outra pessoa. Nunca um hotel fez um depósito de 300 dólares. Ou cobrar uma taxa de fumo de 500 dólares. I spoke with Ashley at the front desk and asked if I could do a "fake" check in when I came in later with my girlfriend to surprise her.I had came in earlier and set up the room with decorations so I wanted my girlfriend to be totally surprised and think it was my first time checking in upon arrival.She did amazing! My girlfriend was totally surprised and I can honestly say Ashley helped make the experiance special.Ashley if you are reading this, thank you!

The only problem I had was I went to check in and they notified me of a 300 dollar deposit. I had no pet therefore I shouldn't have to do that nor should anyone else. I've never had a hotel do a 300 dollar deposit. Or charge a 500 dollar smoking fee. The rooms are very nice tho spacious and unlike extended stay, all the supplies are already in the room. Truly non smoking and a nice gazebo with community grill. Nice pet area too.

3.75 stars The staff was mostly great, responsive and helpful. Free laundry was nice. The room layout was comfortable, intuitive. Inside the rooms was totally silent! I initially had great impressions but over time, became less amused. The hallways were really moldy and the room mold was covered up with a spray to make it smell clean but over time the room mold got really strong as the toilets weren’t cleaned under the rim well enough. It’s convenient to lots of shops, though not a lot of food/restaurants so the kitchenette is great. The back parking lot filled up with people smoking drugs over the weekends. Though I never felt unsafe in any way. If the mold load was less I’d give 4 stars. If it wasn’t a seeming drug destination, I’d give it 4.5. For a stay of a few days, not over the weekend, it’s a decent-good value for the price. For longer stays, it’s probably the best value in the area but that attracts some less-than-desirableness.

Nice hotel for the price. Friendly staff and very clean. Well maintained property over all. Never been in a hotel the was so quite. I would recommend and I would stay again.

If you need to stay in this area I highly recommend this hotel, free laundry, a huge well equipped gym, beautiful rooms with any appliance you might need, and the nicest Hotel staff (Ashley was working the front desk) I’ve ever encountered! Can’t beat the reasonable price either! Highly recommend

The hotel itself was nice, the amenities were good, the indoor store needs to stocked could have just been and off day. But the real standout was the front dest clerk. Her name starts with A not sure if I can use it. She was amazing, she made a situation that could have been terrible pleasant. She is an amazing person to have at the front desk. She gets 5 stars.
