Eu mudei o nome do Hotel como Catalonia Mugre Negra, o quarto era um absurdo completo. Um cheiro horrível de umidade e encanamento, paredes úmidas, cortinas pegajosas com manchas e farrapos, tive que tirar o lençol de uma cama e embrulhar o travesseiro com ele, porque se você olhasse por baixo da coberta você choraria. À tarde não havia água encanada, o ar condicionado não era limpo há décadas e estamos saindo de uma pandemia !!!!A gota d'água foi quando fui ao banheiro e molhei os pés…. Eu não entendi o que estava acontecendo até que percebi, eles colocaram piso de vinil em cima do antigo e por baixo está todo inundado então quando você pisa e pressiona a água escorre das juntas deste… .. incrível…. Água de você sabe-se lá onde !!!!Eu nunca vou voltar a este hotel, além disso, a noite em regime de bed and breakfast custa € 100 !!! Para alguém!! Um golpe para estrangeiros.Eu esperava mais de uma CATALONIA.

Rebautizo el Hotel como Catalonia Mugre Negra, la habitación era un completo despropósito. Un olor a humedad y a tubería TERRIBLE, paredes con humedades, cortinas pringosas con manchas y echas jirones, tuve que quitar la sábana de una cama y envolver la almohada con ella porque si mirabas debajo de la funda se te saltaban las lagrimas. Por la tarde dejó de haber suministro de agua corriente, el aire acondicionado no lo han limpiado en décadas y estamos saliendo de una pandemia!!!!El colmo fue cuando entré al baño y me mojé los pies…. No entendía lo que pasaba hasta que me di cuenta, han instalado suelo vinílico encima del antiguo y debajo está todo encharcado así que cuando pisas y haces presión el agua rezuma por las juntas de este….. increíble…. Agua de vete tú a saber dónde!!!!Jamás volveré a este hotel, encima la noche en régimen de alojamiento y desayuno costo 100€!!! Por una persona!! Una estafa para extranjeros.Esperaba más de un CATALONIA.

Super recomendable, el trato es fantástico por parte de todo el personal , incluso nos hemos traído a nuestra mascota y el trato ha sido muy bueno ...Mónica una de las chicas de recepción es una maravilla ...mil gracias!!!!!

5 anos vamos para este hotel. Faz uma semana. Este ano a limpeza do quarto falhou um pouco. Mas estaremos de volta mais um ano. Obrigado a todos os funcionários do hotel.

Eu fiquei no hotel por uma noite e deixa muito a desejar. O quarto ficava em uma área em construção, sendo toda a área muito suja. O quarto é bom, mas eu não acho que a limpeza era boa, a pia cheia de cabelos e toalhas não muito limpas. A isto acrescenta-se que a piscina também não estava limpa, o fundo cheio de detritos pretos. A parte positiva é que há muito estacionamento nas proximidades.

As aparências enganam, Quarto muito agradável (mesmo com camas separadas com rodas que se moviam continuamente) apesar de ser um hotel de 3 estrelas. Equipe amigável da recepção, piscina muito espaçosa e limpa e localização bastante conveniente. O pessoal do restaurante é muito amigável.Pena para todo o resto, 5 noites passadas neste hotel, nunca limpei o quarto apenas 1 vez que a cama foi feita. No segundo dia houve vazamento na pia pontualmente o homem da manutenção chega e não se sabe porque ele conserta o chuveiro e ficamos 3 dias com o balde para coletar a água.Apesar dos vários relatos na recepção, ninguém jamais apareceu na sala.Lamento, mas 3 estrelas não significa que não limpe os quartos.Muito para melhorar.

Me he alojado en el hotel durante una noche y deja bastante que desear. La habitación estaba en una zona en obras estando toda la zona con gran suciedad. La habitación está bien pero la limpieza no me pareció buena, el lavabo lleno de pelos y toallas no muy limpias. A esto se añade que la piscina tampoco estaba limpia, el fondo lleno de restos negros. La parte positiva es que tiene bastante sitio para aparcar cerca.

5 año que vamos a este hotel. Hemos estado una semana. Este año a fallado un poco la limpieza de habitación . Pero volveremos otro año. Gracias a todos los empleados del hotel .

My review in Spanish and English:The dirtiest room I've ever been in. When we arrived, the floor had dust, sand, and hair from previous guests (really gross). We complained twice at the reception and sent an email with the photos of the dirty floor ... the really outrageous thing is that they totally ignored us, they didn't clean the floor even once in the five days. I had to wear flip flops to walk around the room for the entire stay because I was grossed out by stepping on the floor. Paying for such a service is a scam, I don't recommend it to anyone. Attached are the unpleasant photos of the ground and my feet after stepping on it.La habitación más sucia en la que he estado jamás. Cuando llegamos, el suelo tenía polvo, arena y pelos de los anteriores huéspedes (realmente asqueroso). Nos quejamos dos veces en recepción y mandamos un email con las fotos del suelo sucio...lo realmente indignante es que nos ignoraron totalmente, no limpiaron el suelo ni una vez en los cinco días. Tuve que usar chanclas para caminar por la habitación durante toda la estancia porque me daba asco pisar el suelo. Pagar por un servicio así es una estafa, no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Adjunto las desagrables fotos del suelo y de mis pies tras pisarlo.

Me ha gustado todo ..el personal..la habitación..la cama no podía ser más grande ..bueno a mí me daba el sol todo el día ..porque estaba muy arriba en la planta 11 pero dormía con la puerta abierta del balcón y listo ..se estaba muy bien..Gracias por todo ..volveré ..Cuidarse mucho 👏👏😘😘

Plenty of choice for breakfast items but the hotel itself is quite worn and could do with a refurbishment within the next year. Booked for a reasonable price though.

Terrible experience with this hotely. Do not go there. Staff really unfriendly. When we came into the loby they told us we have to book online without any help. Then we had to send the covid certificate when staff was solving another 9 things. stupidly long check in Room was clean but NO HOT WATTER in the hotel. When I reported staf answered “sorry no one here to fix it”

Acabei de voltar hoje depois de ter ficado 7 noites As camas eram muito confortáveis e limpas, assim como o banheiro e a piscina era ótima .. tudo o que precisávamos Comida deliciosa e muitas possibilidades de escolha, mas a melhor parte de toda a estadia foi a equipe !! CADA único membro da equipe foi excelente ... muuuito simpática e prestativa ... limpeza, recepção, atendente de piscina, equipe de sala de jantar ... que pessoas adoráveis e eu certamente voltaríamos a este hotel No lado negativo, achei que era um pouco antiquado e ficamos desapontados por não haver entretenimento à noite e o bar da piscina aberto apenas das 12h às 15h, mas ainda assim teve um feriado absolutamente adorável

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, sobretodo porque hay un aparcamiento justo enfrente, y el trato del personal es excelente, pero la limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear. Las sábanas no las cambian, te hacen la cama por encima y las toallas más de lo mismo, y son las 4 de la tarde y la tienes sin hacer... El desayuno poca comida española.

Para el precio que tiene está genial. Las camas súper cómodas y habitación limpias. El buffet variado muy rico todo de verdad! La recepción es 24h cosa que de agradece mucho!

I’ve stayed here twice now, The hotel is very clean! the staff are very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them they will try and oblige what ever you would like,one of the chefs was so helpful,I cannot remember his name but he cooked me carbonara three nights he was so kind, I recommend this hotel,we had a brilliant stay both times.

Just returned today having stayed 7 nights The beds were very comfortable and clean as was the bathroom and the pool was great.. all we needed Food was delicious and plenty of choice but the best part of the whole stay was the staff!! EVERY single member of staff was excellent... sooooo friendly and helpful...cleaners, reception, pool attendant, dining room staff... what lovely people and I would certainly return to this hotel On the downside I thought it’s a bit dated and we were disappointed there was no entertainment on an evening and the pool bar only open from 12 till 3pm but still had an absolutely lovely holiday

Food is disgusting! I’m usually going out to eat something. Meat is raw or burnt. There is a little choice and nothing new. In front od the restaurant there are death cockroach. I also saw cockroach in rooms. Cleaners do not do everything they should

Having been to this hotel I have to say I don’t really like it it is in a more dated spanish style with a square shaped pool however the room was quite pleasant with a nice view of the pool area The entertainment around the pool area and in the evening was pretty good In depends what kind of hotel you like in playa de las Americas but alas I shall not be returning to this one A bit of advice though the weather in Tenerife can be temperamental and on this occasion it rained on a few days that I was on holiday and it can be quite cloudy on the Canary Islands to but when you get the nice weather then the Canary Islands are lovely While on this holiday I went on an island tour wine tasting and to see the dragon tree as well as a view of the coastline of Gran Canaria high up and on this coach trip the rep took me to where the planet of the apes was filmed to
