“Our family of 4 spent 18 nights here while we took Spanish classes in the area. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, the restaurant was reliably good. The rooms were always cleaned well. Paulina, the HR manager, legitimately helped saved my life when I had a medical emergency. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and I would definitely consider staying there again. The location is also perfect. La Roma is a wonderful, clean, walkable neighborhood. We have 2 young daughters, 3 and 6 and we never felt uncomfortable walking the area to nearby parks, restaurants, etc.”

“I usually don't complain about hotels but this one was absolutely outrageous. Worst Marriott/Sheraton hotel I've ever stayed in my life. I do not recommend this hotel if you want to sleep, especially during weekends. I stayed in room 606 for three nights. The first night I heard noises (steps) upstairs but I sleep easily, the second night same thing but all right. The third night (a Friday) I wanted to sleep earlier because I was going to catch a morning flight at 6 AM. I tried to sleep but the noise upstairs was unbearable - turns out there is a bar / dance club - with lots of steps and people moving things around, it was REALLY loud. I called the front desk at 10 PM and they said they would solve it. I called again at 11 PM, they said again they would solve it. I called again at 12 AM and again they said they would solve it -- they never solved it. I decide to give up sleeping and I headed to the airport earlier because the noise was unbearable. I will never stay in this hotel again and I do not recommend it to anyone. The treatment I received was very subpar especially for someone who is Marriott Ambassador Elite (highest status in the chain). I will request a full refund for my stay because I had work to do on Saturday and my productivity was hindered given the lack os sleep.”
