Não era muito limpo e eles tentam te cobrar por tudo. Mesmo o café terrível custa US$ 1,50-2 uma xícara com um Starbucks do outro lado da rua, então obviamente fomos lá. O café da manhã continental custa US$ 10 por dia. O primeiro quarto em que estávamos tinha uma banheira que não escoava, então coletava água quando tomávamos banho – nojento. O segundo quarto tinha algum tipo de alérgeno que me deixou doente e eu nem tenho alergias ruins normalmente. O elevador e o corredor cheiravam a cigarro. Você pode ouvir as pessoas no corredor, mesmo em uma suíte. Os atendentes da recepção foram simpáticos durante toda a estadia, mas quando fiz o check-in por volta das 19h, a pessoa que me registrou alegou que não trabalhava na recepção e demorou muito tempo. Desperdício total de dinheiro. A banheira de hidromassagem é a única qualidade redentora e fecha às 22h. Não fique aqui!

It wasn’t very clean and they try to nickel and dime you for everything. Even terrible coffee is $1.50-2 a cup with a Starbucks across the street so obviously we went there instead. Continent breakfast costs $10 a day. The first room we were in had a tub that didn’t drain so it collected water when we showered—gross. The second room had some sort of allergen in it that made me sick and I don’t even have bad allergies typically. The elevator and hallway smelt like cigarettes. You can hear the people in the hallway, even in a suite. The front desk attendants were nice throughout the stay but when I checked in around 7pm, the person who checked me in claimed they didn’t work the front desk and it took a long time. Total waste of money. The hot tub is the only redeeming quality and it closed at 10pm. Don’t stay here!

Estou muito satisfeito com a nossa estadia neste Hilton Garden Inn. Chegamos no final da noite, eles estavam muito ocupados, mas com capacidade. Eu pedi para ser mudado para outro quarto, pois nosso primeiro quarto pode ter tido uma limpeza rápida e notei alguns detritos deixados para trás. Correção fácil para uma estadia perfeita! I'm very pleased with our stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. We came in later in the evening, they were very busy but accommodating. I asked to be switched to another room as our first room may have had a quick clean and I noticed some debris left behind. Easy fix for a perfect stay! Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and kind to us. We saw security so we felt safe in the area. Later check out was ideal, restaurant was great, bed was comfortable, shower and hot tube were wondering. My only suggestion would be for different curtains so we could sleep in but no worries, we woke up earlier and enjoyed the amenities. Thanks! We will come back next time we're in the area!

Quarto era limpo e todos eram muito agradáveis. Usei vouchers de hotel e refeição da United Airlines e correu tudo bem. Café-da-manhã foi realmente ótimo e meu voucher de refeição cobriu a omelete que recebi (dei gorjeta em dinheiro). Eles foram capazes de modificar meu pedido, então havia toneladas de legumes e nenhuma carne. Gostei muito do serviço, especialmente no café da manhã.Os horários do traslado do aeroporto são limitados, então, quando perguntei se eu poderia sair às 9h30 em vez de 10 (o que programei quando cheguei lá), me disseram que o próximo seria às 10. Funcionou bem, mas pode ser útil saber. O ônibus também parou às 22h30, pouco antes de eu ligar do aeroporto, então acabei pegando um elevador para chegar lá.

We just stayed there this past Saturday.Room #422.The hot water handle in the bathroom was loose.We had to turn it, most times, in multiple 360° turns to turn off its valve.The hotel says they offer room service in their welcoming pamphlet in your room.They do not offer room service.The floors do not have vending machines, instead they have small kiosk/shop in the lobby with a lackluster assortment of foods and drinks.They, also, advertise that they have a restaurant in the hotel.This, to me, was misleading.They have an eating area in the lobby (the lobby is very large) and they have about 10 things you can order (two of which they were out of).Not really a restaurant, more like an in-house cafeteria.You have to pay for their continental breakfast, too. We called down to the desk to ask if they had a extra blanket.The guy tells us he will call us back and let us know.They never called back!The pool is very small.I believe the sign limited its occupany to 13 people at a time.We paid, after fees, about $140 for one night in a room with a king-size bed.I feel this excursion warranted no more than $80.The location is close to the airport, which is nice.There is also a gas station nearby, and the bed was very comfy.Is it the worse place I have stayed?Absolutely not, but I would not recommend it.Especially at that price.

Room was clean and everyone was very nice. I used hotel and meal vouchers from United airlines and it went smoothly. Breakfast was really great and my meal voucher covered the omelet I got (I tipped in cash). They were able to modify my order so there were tons of veggies and no meat. Really appreciated the service especially at breakfast. Airport shuttle times are limited so when I asked of I could leave at 9:30 instead of 10 (what I scheduled when I got there), I was told the next one was at 10. Worked out fine but might be helpful to know. The shuttle also stopped at 10:30pm, just before I called from the airport so I ended up taking a lyft to get there.

Após cerca de 7 semanas viajando e ficando em vários hotéis (principalmente na Europa) - este Hilton Garden Inn tinha tudo o que precisávamos! Cama confortável, silencioso, escuro, limpo. E uma geladeira, restaurante no local, perto de um Starbucks e convenientemente localizado para lugares que precisávamos estar. E até uma lavadora e secadora! BÔNUS! A única coisa que faltava era um cofre no quarto.

After some 7 weeks traveling and staying in multiple hotels (mostly in Europe) - this Hilton Garden Inn had everything we needed! Comfortable bed, quiet, dark, clean. AND a fridge, restaurant on-site, near a Starbucks, and conveniently located to places we needed to be. AND even a washer and dryer! BONUS! The only thing missing was an in-room safe.

Este hotel está convenientemente perto do aeroporto e oferece um serviço de transporte gratuito. Dê uma gorjeta ao seu motorista, eles realmente apreciam. Very nice hotel. Amazing beds. Clean facility. My only complaint is that when you spend over 100 bucks a night you should be able to get breakfast without a further charge. They refused to give me some water.. Informed me I had to buy a 2$ bottled water.

This hotel is conveniently near the airport and provides a free shuttle service. Tip your driver, they really appreciate it. You can also take the 5A bus line from the airport into DC for $7.50 each way for an effective way to circumnavigate parking in DC. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower door closed in such a way that water escaped through the bottom and puddled outside. The lady at the front desk was super welcoming and kind. She also accomodated me checking in early since there was a room ready. Very helpful. Thought the cocktails at the bar weren't great. Just drink beer.

Fiz o check-in neste hotel durante o fim de semana de 25 de abril de 2022. E eu não poderia ter pedido uma experiência melhor no hotel. - Check-in foi muito rápido. - O quarto era MUITO NOVO e MUITO LIMPO ........ até cheirava bem quando entramos. - Chuveiro foi INCRÍVEL - As camas eram INCRÍVEIS ........ eu dormi muito bem - O lobby era muito legal e espaçoso. Havia uma churrasqueira e um bar no lobby que ficava aberto o dia todo até as 10:00. Peguei um hambúrguer na grelha e estava delicioso. Eu precisava de um lugar para assistir a um jogo de basquete que eu tinha grande interesse, e havia um canto PERFEITO no lobby onde eu podia fazer isso. - A equipe foi incrível. - A piscina coberta era muito boa também. .........Novamente, eu recomendo este hotel. Mantenha o bom trabalho.

I checked into this Hotel during the weekend of April 25th, 2022. And I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. - Check in was VERY QUICK. - Room was VERY NEW and VERY CLEAN........even smelled great when we walked in. - Shower was AWESOME - Beds were AWESOME........I slept GREAT - Lobby was very very cool and spacious. There was a grill and a bar in the lobby which was open all day long until 10:00. I got a burger from the grill and it was delicious. I needed a place to watch a basketball game that I had great interest in, and there was a PERFECT corner in the lobby where I was able to do that. - The staff was awesome. - The indoor pool was very good as well. .........Again, I highly recommend this hotel. Keep up the good work.

O hotel está localizado a uma curta distância do Dulles International, o que o torna muito conveniente. Eu não percebi que tinha uma piscina coberta, pois essa informação não foi prontamente observada no site do Hilton. Quarto e instalações estavam limpos e bem conservados. Eu não participei do café da manhã ou do happy hour à noite, pois era muito caro. Fiquei desapontado que não havia café gratuito disponível no lobby. Estava frio lá fora, e eu entendo que havia um Starbucks ao lado, mas parece uma maneira barata de apoiar os hóspedes no inverno.

Hotel is located a very short distance from Dulles International which makes it very convenient. I did not realize that it had an indoor pool as that information was not readily noted on the Hilton site. Room and facilities were clean and well kept. I did not participate in the breakfast or evening happy hour as it was entirely too costly. I was disappointed that there was no free coffee available in the lobby. It was frigid outside, and I understand that there was a starbucks next door, but seems like an inexpensive way to support guests in the winter time.

OK room, good airport transfer. NO free breakfast as Hilton Diamond member charged over $25 for a breakfast similar to what we would have gotten for free at Hampton Inn or Comfort Inn. Hilton should be ashamed, we will NEVER return here.

Nosso voo saiu sem nós porque não pudemos pousar devido ao nevoeiro e, após 24 horas de viagem, só queríamos estar em casa. Liguei para este hotel e eles imediatamente me fizeram sentir melhor. Deram-me um quarto apenas para o dia e eles nos deixaram fazer o check-in às 9h. Tudo o que precisávamos era um cochilo em uma cama confortável e este Hilton nos deu isso. Estamos muito gratos por não termos que dormir no aeroporto por 10 horas!

Our flight left without us because we couldn’t land due to fog, and after 24 hours of travel we just wanted to be home. I called this hotel and they instantly made me feel better. I was given a room for just the day and they let us check in at 9 am. All we needed was a nap in a comfy bed and this Hilton gave us that. We are so thankful we didn’t have to sleep in the airport for 10 hours!

Idk por onde começar com este lugar. Pediu um rei e ganhou duas rainhas. O controle remoto da TV não controla o volume e está preso no máximo, o controle remoto de substituição também não funcionou. A pressão da água no chuveiro é tão baixa que estala. Quando as pessoas lá em cima dão descarga, sai água da parede. Sem estacionamento na noite 2, tive que deixar o carro na beirada da frente a noite toda. Nenhum material de lavanderia disponível, teve que ir à loja para comprar sabão. A limpeza era razoável, o que é tudo o que tinha para oferecer. Como esse lugar tem mais de 2 estrelas me deixa boquiaberto, deve estar comprando boas críticas. Escolha outro lugar para ficar.

I've been a diamond level for about 25 years so I've stayed in many Hiltons. Like many, I've watched standards at Hilton deteriorate over these years. This Garden Inn was step back to when Hilton meant quality and service. Each staff member was friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. One of the best Hilton properties I've stayed at.

Idk where to even start with this place. Ordered a king and got two queens. TV remote doesn't control volume and its stuck on max, the replacement remote didn't work either. Water pressure in shower is so low it sputters. When the people upstairs flush, water comes out of the wall. No parking on night 2, had to leave the car in the front overhang all night. No laundry supplies available, had to go to the store for soap. Cleanliness was reasonable that's pretty much all it had going for it. How this place has more than 2 stars blows my mind, must be buying good reviews. Pick somewhere else to stay.

Equipe prestativa e cortês. Pequeno-almoço buffet (servido) diariamente. Serviço de bar limitado. Loja de lanches e centro de negócios agradável. Starbucks, 7-11 ao lado. Logo depois da Dulles Parkway na Loudoun Parkway. Grande centro de strip a 10 minutos com uma variedade de restaurantes.

Weekend getaway. Given current environment the hotel was fine, offering housekeeping if scheduled. Clean towels on request. Common areas cleaned multiple times per day. Helpful, courteous staff. Buffet (served) breakfast daily. Limited bar service. Nice snack shop and business center. Starbucks, 7-11 next door. Right off Dulles Parkway at Loudoun Parkway. Large strip center 10 minutes away with variety of eateries.

Não é ótimo, a menos que você goste de compartilhar seu quarto com formigas e deixar o chuveiro inundar o chão do banheiro. A equipe foi amigável e o lobby é bom. MAS, os quartos estão abaixo da média. É uma decisão típica dos proprietários de franquias de hotéis gastar muito dinheiro construindo um belo saguão, mas não atualizar os quartos desde que foi construído. Acho que todos podemos concordar que, quando ficamos em hotéis, não ficamos, tomamos banho ou dormimos no saguão. Além disso, não poste que a entrada traseira está sempre trancada para a segurança dos hóspedes e nunca foi trancada nas 4 noites em que estive lá. Eu viajo semanalmente a trabalho e fico em muitos hotéis e sou Diamond Level com Hilton. Este é um dos piores em que já fiquei. Passe por este quando quiser ficar na área de Washington Dulles.

Not great unless you like sharing your room with ants and having the shower flood the bathroom floor. Staff was friendly and the lobby is nice. BUT, the rooms are below average. It’s the typical decision by hotel franchise owners to spend a ton of money making a beautiful lobby but not update the rooms since it was built. I think we can all agree that when we stay in hotels we don’t stay, shower or sleep in the lobby. Also, don’t post that the rear entrance is alway locked for guests safety and it was never locked the 4 nights I was there. I travel weekly for work and stay in a lot of hotels and am Diamond Level with Hilton. This is one of the worst ones I’ve stayed in. Scroll past this one when looking to stay in the Washington Dulles area.

La habitación que tuve , buena. El baño , l se sale el agua fuera de la dicha por que es a nivel y solo tiene la cortina. La atención en el front desk puede ser mejor. Ah! En época de pandemia no hay shuttle al aeropuerto, asi que guarden 25 o mas para el transporte al dulles, si tienen vuelo
