“We just stayed there this past Saturday.Room #422.The hot water handle in the bathroom was loose.We had to turn it, most times, in multiple 360° turns to turn off its valve.The hotel says they offer room service in their welcoming pamphlet in your room.They do not offer room service.The floors do not have vending machines, instead they have small kiosk/shop in the lobby with a lackluster assortment of foods and drinks.They, also, advertise that they have a restaurant in the hotel.This, to me, was misleading.They have an eating area in the lobby (the lobby is very large) and they have about 10 things you can order (two of which they were out of).Not really a restaurant, more like an in-house cafeteria.You have to pay for their continental breakfast, too. We called down to the desk to ask if they had a extra blanket.The guy tells us he will call us back and let us know.They never called back!The pool is very small.I believe the sign limited its occupany to 13 people at a time.We paid, after fees, about $140 for one night in a room with a king-size bed.I feel this excursion warranted no more than $80.The location is close to the airport, which is nice.There is also a gas station nearby, and the bed was very comfy.Is it the worse place I have stayed?Absolutely not, but I would not recommend it.Especially at that price.”

“Our flight left without us because we couldn’t land due to fog, and after 24 hours of travel we just wanted to be home. I called this hotel and they instantly made me feel better. I was given a room for just the day and they let us check in at 9 am. All we needed was a nap in a comfy bed and this Hilton gave us that. We are so thankful we didn’t have to sleep in the airport for 10 hours!”
