A equipe foi amigável no entanto, o quarto era inferior. A pressão da água era quase inexistente, a iluminação do banheiro era o equivalente a uma lâmpada de 15w, o quarto era datado e tinha um leve cheiro de mofo. Pobre estrondo para o buck. Com tantas outras opções em Evansville, ficarei em outro lugar na próxima vez que estiver na cidade.

Foi dito 139 sábado à noite e 99 domingo à noite. Cobrado 139 ambas as noites. Foi dito que aceita animais de estimação. Cheguei lá e não pude deixar minha cachorra porque ela não estava encaixotada. Eu não estava ciente de que ela precisava estar. A equipe foi rude também.Deixe-me acrescentar se houver diretrizes, quando perguntei se eles eram animais de estimação, ela deveria ter repassado as diretrizes. Eu levo meu cachorro para todos os lugares comigo e esta é a primeira vez que me disseram que ela precisava estar em uma caixa. Estou muito insatisfeito com este hotel e os funcionários.

El personal era amable, sin embargo, la habitación estaba por debajo de la media. La presión del agua era casi inexistente, la iluminación del baño era equivalente a una bombilla de 15 W, la habitación estaba anticuada y olía ligeramente a humedad. Pobre inversión por el dinero. Con tantas otras opciones en Evansville, me quedaré en otro lugar la próxima vez que esté en la ciudad.

Me dijeron 139 el sábado por la noche y 99 el domingo por la noche. Cargo 139 ambas noches. Se le dijo que admite mascotas. Llegué allí y no podía dejar a mi perro porque no estaba en la jaula. No me di cuenta de que ella necesitaba serlo. El personal también fue grosero.Permítanme agregar si hay pautas, cuando le pregunté si admitían mascotas, debería haber repasado las pautas en ese momento. Llevo a mi perro a todas partes conmigo y esta es la primera vez que me dicen que necesita estar en una jaula. Estoy muy descontento con este hotel y el personal.

Was told 139 Saturday night and 99 Sunday night. Charged 139 both nights. Was told pet friendly. Got there and couldn't leave my dog bc she wasn't crated. I wasn't made aware she needed to be. The staff was rude as well. Let me add if there are guidelines, when I asked if they were pet friendly she should have went over the guidelines then. I take my dog everywhere with me and this is the first time I have ever been told she needed to be in a crate. I am very unhappy with this hotel and the staff.

Staff was friendly however, the room was sub-par. Water pressure was nearly non-existent, the lighting in the bathroom was the equivalent of a 15w bulb, the room was dated and had a slightly musty smell. Poor bang for the buck. With so many other options in Evansville, I will be staying somewhere else next time I am in town.

O quarto em que eu estava era pequeno, solicitei um upgrade nos quartos e me disseram que este local não considera membros Diamond para upgrades neste local. Eu havia solicitado que o ar condicionado fosse consertado, pois não esfriaria, aparentemente eles inspecionaram e me disseram que está funcionando corretamente. O ar foi ajustado por eles a 69 graus e era 74 esta manhã e o filtro estava fechado. Eu não quero sair reclamando, mas estou aqui por 3-4 meses. Mudei-me para um Marriott.

A equipe deste Hilton em particular é fenomenal, desde a equipe da recepção (Kimberly e os outros), até o barman Christi, ela faz você se sentir como se fosse um amigo de longa data dela (Incrível quando você é uma mulher sozinha, que viaja para negócios o tempo todo) e David, o chef do restaurante, tem que ser o melhor da região. A comida e a apresentação são impecáveis! Não preciso sair do hotel para ir jantar em um restaurante chique, porque está tudo aqui! Dou a este Hilton uma classificação de 5 estrelas +. Mantenha o excelente trabalho.

El personal de este Hilton en particular es fenomenal, desde el personal de recepción (Kimberly y los demás), hasta la camarera Christi, te hace sentir como si fueras un amigo suyo desde hace mucho tiempo (increíble cuando eres una mujer sola, que viaja para negocios todo el tiempo) y David, el chef del restaurante, tiene que ser el mejor. La comida y la presentación es impecable! No tengo que salir del hotel para ir a cenar a un restaurante de alta cocina, ¡porque todo está aquí! Le doy a este Hilton una calificación de 5 ESTRELLAS +. Sigan con el excelente trabajo.

La habitación en la que estaba era pequeña, solicité una mejora en las habitaciones y me dijeron que esta ubicación no considera a los miembros Diamond para mejoras en esta ubicación. Había pedido que me arreglaran el aire acondicionado ya que no enfriaba, al parecer lo revisaron y me dijeron que funcionaba correctamente. Ellos fijaron el aire a 69 grados y esta mañana eran 74 y el filtro se tapó. No quiero parecer que me quejo, pero estaré aquí por 3 o 4 meses. Me mudé a un Marriott.

The staff at this particular Hilton is phenomenal, from the front desk staff (Kimberly and the others) , to the bartender Christi, she makes you feel like you are a longtime friend of hers (Awesome when you are a female all lone, that travels for business all the time) and David the chef in the restaurant, has to be the best around. The food and presentation is impeccable! I don't have to leave the hotel to go have dinner at a high-in restaurant, because it's all here! I give this Hilton a 5 STAR +, rating. Keep up the excellent job.

The room I was in was small, I requested an upgrade in rooms and I was told this location doesn't consider Diamond members for upgrades at this location. I had requested the air-conditioning to be fixed as it wouldn't get cold, apparently they inspected and told me it's working correctly. The air was set by them at 69 degree and it was 74 this morning and the filter was stopped up.I don't want too come off as complaining but I'm here for 3-4 months. I moved to a Marriott.

1st floor room, excellent view to the lake and really close to their indoor pool and clean just remodeled gim; and all the employees; specially the receptionist made the guest feel comfortable and like home!👌💯👏

Hotel é ótimo, quartos agradáveis com camas confortáveis. Infelizmente, o serviço foi péssimo. A comida do buffet não era nada boa, alguns dos itens quentes mal estavam quentes e eles não estavam fazendo nada por encomenda. Isso é raro para um Hilton Garden Inn. Eles não têm água quente disponível para os hóspedes (obrigatório para bebedores de chá). Que é um primeiro decepcionante para um estabelecimento Hilton. Perguntei sobre isso na frente e eles reconheceram que não colocavam mais água quente e que os próprios funcionários ficaram surpresos com a falha da gerência em fazer isso. Além disso, tive que esperar quase 20 minutos para eles trazerem mais café. Havia um monte de convidados esperando no café. A gerência está realmente fazendo um péssimo trabalho aqui. Um outro grande aborrecimento foi que eles estavam cobrando US$ 3 por um saco de batatas fritas do tamanho que você colocaria no almoço de uma criança. O funcionário disse que era "ridiculamente" caro quando perguntei quanto custava. Isso é apenas um preço ofensivo. Não há problema em marcar as coisas, mas US$ 3 por um saco de batatas fritas de 50 centavos é uma decisão de negócios muito ruim por parte da administração. Faz você se sentir como um cliente que eles estão tentando tirar vantagem, não um convidado.

El hotel es genial, bonitas habitaciones con camas cómodas. Desafortunadamente, el servicio fue pésimo. La comida del buffet no era nada buena, algunos de los artículos calientes apenas estaban calientes y no estaban haciendo nada por encargo. Eso es raro para un Hilton Garden Inn. No tenían agua caliente disponible para los huéspedes (imprescindible para los bebedores de té). Esa es una primera vez decepcionante para una propiedad de Hilton. Pregunté al respecto en el frente y reconocieron que ya no ponían agua caliente, y que el personal mismo estaba sorprendido de que la gerencia no hiciera esto. Además, tuve que esperar casi 20 minutos para que trajeran más café. Había un montón de invitados esperando café. La administración realmente está haciendo un mal trabajo aquí. Otra gran molestia era que cobraban $3 por una bolsa de papas fritas del tamaño que pondrías en el almuerzo de un niño. El empleado dijo que era "ridículamente" caro cuando le pregunté cuánto costaba. Eso es sólo un precio insultante. Está bien marcar las cosas, pero $3 por una bolsa de papas fritas de 50 centavos es una decisión comercial muy mala por parte de la gerencia. Te hace sentir como un cliente del que intentan aprovecharse, no como un invitado.

Hotel is great, nice rooms with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the service was lousy. The buffet food was not at all good, some of the hot items were barely warm and they were not making anything to order. That's rare for a Hilton Garden Inn. They did not have hot water available to guests (a must for tea drinkers). That is a disappointing first for a Hilton property. I asked about it at the front and they acknowledged they no longer put out hot water, and that the staff themselves were surprised by management failing to do this. Also, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for them to bring out more coffee. There was a bunch of guests waiting on coffee. Management is really doing a poor job here. One other major annoyance was that they were charging $3 for a bag of chips the size that you would put in a child's lunch. The clerk said it was "ridiculously" overpriced when I asked how much it cost. That is just an insulting price. It's fine to mark things up, but $3 for a 50 cent bag of chips is a really poor business decision on management's part. It makes you feel like a customer they are trying to take advantage of, not a guest.
