Hotel muito bem conservado, com bons quartos, tendo microondas e geladeira e bom serviço. O café de manhã é bom, poucas opções no buffet, mas o cardápio incluido compensa. Ele é um pouco longe de tudo, mas não muito, uns 30 minutos chega nos principais pontos.

Adrian B and his magnificent hair art is the bomb! It wasnt his hair that got my attention. He was helping a client before me. I watched his demeanor. He was professional, helpful, friendly, and he did not rush. His line was 3 clients deep. Lindy came over to assist him right away. And all clients got assisted with their needs asap. Bravo Hilton Garden Inn, Redondo Beach! I hope you continue to make your employees happy. When they are happy, their customers are happy and we write reviews of praise and recommend your establishment to anyone and everyone who will listen.

A equipe não dá a mínima para os clientes. Passo o meu tempo em hotéis por causa da minha profissão e raramente vi tanta falta de serviço e simpatia. Para uma estadia de 3 dias, meu quarto tinha vista para a rodovia. A limpeza é feita a pedido, mas quando você pede (3 vezes) não é feito. Um valor muito ruim para o dinheiro e uma imagem muito ruim para o Hilton.

Viemos aqui para um retiro de dois dias e tivemos um tempo fabuloso devido à atenção da equipe. Nossa organizadora de eventos, Danielle, foi excelente, assim como Jesse, que cuidou de todas as nossas necessidades, e Joshua, que forneceu café da manhã e almoço deliciosos, cuidadosamente preparados e preparados - ele reservou um tempo para ouvir nossa equipe vegana e sem glúten para cozinhar refeições especiais para eles, como se tivessem seu próprio chef particular. Tivemos um tempo tão bom e relaxante e a equipe da recepção nos fez sentir em casa. Apreciamos a sala de ginástica e outras comodidades neste pequeno e doce hotel. Está parado lá fora da auto-estrada, então parece ameaçador. Mas é tão silencioso e adorável por dentro.

We came here for a two-day retreat and had a fabulous time due to the attentiveness of the staff. Our event planner, Danielle, was outstanding as well as Jesse, who took care of our every need, and Joshua, who provided delicious, carefully curated and crafted breakfast and lunch - he took the time to listen to our vegan and gluten-free staff to cook specialty meals for them, as if they had their own private chef. We had such a good, relaxing time and the front desk staff made us feel at home. Enjoyed the fitness room and other amenities in this sweet little hotel. It's sitting there off the freeway so it' looks ominous. But it's so quietly and lovely inside.

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable, clean and quiet room. I LOVE that they provide fridge, coffee maker and microwave. There was plenty of well lit parking. And the coup de Grace- NO Bugs!

A propriedade fica perto da cidade de Redondo Beach, mas não espere vista para a praia. A propriedade fica com três outras propriedades do hotel em uma longa estrada/lote. O lobby era bom e espaçoso. A propriedade tem piscina, ginásio e bar com uma pequena loja de conveniência para as necessidades de última hora ou lanches de bebidas. O quarto em si estava em condições precárias, como se alguém não tivesse tido tempo para cuidar dele. Punho do chuveiro solto, caindo, lata de lixo rachada/ quebrada. A cortina estava pendurada como se alguém a tivesse puxado e não era para ser puxada, então ficou pendurada. Eu senti como se fosse um bom quarto ao mesmo tempo, mas que eles não têm grande manutenção. O hotel não estava lotado. O estacionamento é 18,00 adicionais cada noite. Acho que eles precisam cuidar das pequenas coisas antes que se tornem grandes coisas.

Hotel foi médio. Os vizinhos barulhentos não dormiram Embora tenha sido informado do café da manhã gratuito quando chegou pela seleção de alimentos frios foi na verdade 16 dólares. Quando solicitado, o quarto a ser limpo como ficar a semana (por sinais no quarto) foi informado de que eles não os limpam e eu poderia emprestar um aspirador se quisesse. Os mandatos de máscaras Covid são suspensos, não tenho certeza do motivo pelo qual um quarto não pode ser limpo. Ou remova as placas que dizem que você pode solicitar a limpeza do quarto durante a sua estadia.

A equipe da recepção foi calorosa e acolhedora. Mas o quarto de hotel em si não era tão bom. O detector de fumaça mal estava preso e estava pendurado pelos fios. A pia do banheiro tinha um forte odor desagradável sempre que você corre a água. O plugue da banheira estava faltando. O tapete estava sujo. As prateleiras do refrigerador não foram instaladas corretamente. Os corredores cheiravam a maconha (mas isso é provavelmente dos outros hóspedes). O serviço de limpeza bateu à nossa porta às 8h40, perguntando quando faremos o check-out, o que é contrário ao que eles anunciam (a equipe não o incomodará, a menos que você peça serviço). O café da manhã custa US$ 12 para continental ou US$ 16 para comida quente, o que não vale a pena. Eu não acho que voltaria a ficar neste local no futuro.

The hotel staff was warm, welcoming and very friendly. The pantry was always full of things to choose from. The room was nice, neat and clean. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The property is close to city Redondo Beach, but don't expect beach views. The property sits with three other hotel properties down a long road/lot.The lobby was nice and spacious. Property has pool, gym and bar with a small convenient store for last minute needs or drinks snacks. The room itself was in rough conditionlike someone has not taken the time to take care of it. Shower handle loose, falling off,trash can cracked/ broken. The curtin was hanging like someone had pulled it andit was not suppose to be pulled so it hung down.I felt like it was a nice room at one time, but that they do not have great up keep. The hotel was not fully booked . Parking is additional 18.00 each night. I think they need to take care of the small things before they becomebig things.

Hotel was average. Had noisy neighbors didn't sleep Although did get informed of free breakfast when arrived by cold food selection was actually 16 dollars. When requested room to be cleaned as staying the week (per signs in room) was told they don't clean them and I could borrow a vacuum if I wanted. Covid mask mandates are lifted, not sure what the reason a room can't be cleaned. Or remove signs that say you can request room cleaning during your stay.

Front desk staff was warm and welcoming.But the hotel room itself wasn't that great.The smoke detector was barely secured and was just hanging by the wires.The bathroom sink had a strong unpleasant odor whenever you run water.The bathtub plug was missing.The carpet was dirty.The refrigerator's shelving was not installed correctly.The hallways smelled like weed(but thats probably from the other guests).Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:40am asking when we will be checking out which is contrary to what they advertise(staff will not bother you unless you ask for service).Breakfast costs $12 for continental or $16 for hot food, which isn't worth it.I don't think I would return to stay at this location in the future.

Please be careful when you make a reservation at this hotel . I book two nights through Working Advantage andpaid $500 dollars for four nights from 1/28 to 2/1/22. Unfortunately by flight was cancelled the same day due to a blizzard in NY. I notified the hotel immediately and showed proof of the cancellation. The hotel denied my request for refund due to term of conditions of the booking . I do understand there are policies , but there was a lack of understanding. There were hundreds of flight cancellations that weekend in NY and the alternative flight was cutting me 2 days of the trip . This response shows a lack of empathy. They were aware we had made that reservation due to my 8 y.o daughter’s birthday and also my birthday which is today 1/31. Awful customer service . Please do not book at this hotel. Hope this review save you from a bad experience .

Buen dia, el hotel esta sucio, no hay house keeping, pasillos, ascensor alfomra sucia, olor a mariguana en todo el hotel, gente fuma mariguana en la piscina, en la piscina no estan abiertos los baños, no hay toallas y no reponen, la verdad que si no pueden ofrecer el servicio compoletamente menos pueden cobrarnos 180 dolares por noche. Debe ser digno por lo menos Hilton no hace Honor a sus huespedes. Tambien cobran parking y a la piscina y parking ingresan personas ajenas a el hotel, Saludos Sebastian

Un mal servicio fuimos el domingo 10 de diciembre en la madrugada como ala 1 de la mañana y estaba ahi el manager kiza era y se llama mat. Fui con mi esposa ella habia echo una recervacion xque ahi queriamos pasar nuestra noche de boda pero la persona que estaba ahi desde que entramos al hotel se nos quedo viendo feo. Entonces pidio la targeta con la que ibamos a pagar el hotel y dijo que no se podia pagar que no sabia porque pero que la reservacion ahi estaba. Entonces el paso la targeta en 6 veces y nosotros no le dijimos que la pasara todas esas veces. Entonces el dijo que estaba llamando a un procesesador que para que autorizaran el pago. Al ratito llegaron 3 policias y nos empezaron a preguntar cosas. Y le dijeron a mi esposa que esa targeta era falsa. Entonces esa persona llamo a la policia diciendo que la targeta era falsa y nos hicieron pasar una mala noche y fue esa persona llamada matt. Arruino mi noche de boda. Hasta los policias miraron que mi esposa aun andaba con el peinado y los policias nos pidieron disculpa y la persona que nos atendio ni la cara nos dio. Un mal servicio en ese hotel.

Consistent HGI product. Clean rooms, reasonably roomy. A bit awkward to get there from the 405S but near the metro which is nice. Bed was decent but pillows were pretty lumpy. Don't expect too much...
