We stayed a week with our four kids and the staff was amazing. It is San Francisco so things are more expensive. Adjust expectations accordingly but I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk was responsive to any requests and very personable. The staff get a 10/10 in our book

I'm a Hilton Honors member. I stayed in room 525. I arrived on Wednesday 6/22/22. The room was dirty and foul. The mirrors, counters, faucets and bathtub had not been sanitized appropriately. The mirrors and counter surfaces had been wiped down with something that wasn't clean. The main room and bathroom mirrors had obvious smears. The shower had black mold and did not look clean. The bathroom faucet was loose and dirty underneath. I didn't sleep very well because I was afraid of the bed sheets having lice and bedbugs. I considered sleeping on top of the bed in my street clothes. I stayed two nights. I contacted the front desk twice about the room. The response was "Oh I'm sorry. I'll let housekeeping know". I caught the maintenance staff in the elevator after my first night. The came in and calked the shower after my first night. That helped but there was still black mold in the shower from lack of cleaning. The buffet breakfast is more of a continental breakfast. There's a minimum of choices unless you want to pay $25 for a made to order breakfast. I had to leave early on Friday and asked the front desk for a wake-up call. I did not receive the wake-up call. The front desk was not helpful at all. For $225/night I expect much better than this. I'll be looking for another place to stay the next time I have to go to SFO to work.

I don’t know what is going on but ever since covid Hilton has gone from good to horrible! Now if you’re a diamond member you don’t get free breakfast but a $10 credit for a breakfast buffet that’s is worse than the free one at Hampton Inn which is another hotel brand from Hilton! Treatment was horrible! No water in the room even though they have K-cups for coffee! I guess I have to make coffee with the water from bathroom sink 😒 and when I asked the housekeeper who was in our hallway she sent me down stairs because according to her she didn’t have any water yet I saw a bunch of it in her kart usually at check in there’s water in the room for you to use to make coffee but not anymore or maybe just for certain ppl. Horrible bed! Uncomfortable! makes noises! Old mattress! No communication available over app or even when you call!! No one answers the phone!! I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel directly!!! The breakfast was horrible, cold food, and dry no service to the table so I settle for toast, fruit and a cup of coffee. At checkout I was rudely told to drop the key to check out.. in other words I had to we don’t care that you are waiting to speak to us!! I was actually wanting to speak to them about stay! Nothing like how was your stay or is there anything else I can do for you like other customers! This was my first time at this location and it will certainly be my last!

We booked here for the tail end of our honeymoon and they made us feel so celebrated and welcomed! Su was friendly and helped us to switch rooms when our original one wasn't ready when we got there. Kaiya and the desk staff gifted us breakfast and everyone was quick with a smile and a "congratulations" for us. They gave us a beautiful card and because I am touched deeply by kindness, it brought me to tears. We had dinner in the on-site restaurant and it was actually really good! The salads are fresh with mixed greens and they were generous with the baby tomatoes instead of just putting one lonely sad one on there. We had the chicken sandwich and it was great! A couple things to know: It isn't THAT close to the airport. Like, we walked it and it was kind of a haul. They don't have a shuttle, so just know what to expect. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. It seems like it is in a business complex area, so it was a quiet and pleasant stay. Everyone here is really great and I am so thankful we booked here. Thank you for the happy memories!

Had read some reviews everything seemed okay. The pictures looks super nice. Everything was fine the front desk workers were super friendly. But when I got to the room it was so dark there was not ceiling lights only lamps, the beds were super uncomfortable I’m not sure how old the bed are but they should change them up they make so much noise just by sitting on them. I paid for breakfast for the 2 days it was pretty good. But honestly I wouldn’t stay here again.

The name deceives us, reached around 8:00pm very unfriendly staff, she just needed me to show my I’d and then pay for the hotel. Nothing explained even when asked she just not in a mood to serve...

We had our wedding not far from this Hilton Garden Inn. The staff were accommodating and efficient! Our whole bridal party, friends and family stayed here. They offered great suggestions and options...

I stayed here for one night because of it's proximity to SFO and based on reviews I read here and elsewhere. I have to say I have never been so eager to check out. The hotel is very very worn down...
