“When I arrived at the airport we walked towards a spot that said it provided tourist guide. Little did we know we were heading towards a timeshare trap. Then we were greeted outside with taxi vultures offering to take us to our hotel 10 minutes away for only $68. Little did I know this would set the stage for what’s vacation in Cancun would be like. While the hotel has no control of that behavior or lack of understanding how the real world works and how much money in the US the average American makes they should warn you and offer shuttle service like other hotels. Croen Paradise is old, overpriced and a total scam. The pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are small, old and smell of mold. It is not appropriate for big groups or families as the rooms have no privacy. We were “upgraded” to a one bedroom king and huge hot tub for my husband, my daughter and I. We only got a cot because I complained which was placed right next to the hot tub. It is okay for a couple but not for a family. I was hugely upset and disappointed so they offered a 2 story bedroom if I paid the difference, available only the next day and when the next day came, nothing, we were forgotten. You can only have dinner at a restaurant if you make reservations ahead which is impossible because reservations are made 3 days ahead by other guests that got there first so everything is booked. The rooms wreak of mold and the AC doesn’t work. The mini fridge doesn’t cool so everything inside is room temperature. This the most expensive and worst vacation of my life and I feel like a prisoner. I wish I could go to sleep and wake up back home but good luck with that too since the bed is so stiff that you can only get a few minutes of sleep before waking up again and realizing you are still in this nightmare. There is nothing fun to do around here except eat bland food, drink syrupy cocktails or warm bear and get a few minutes of sleep. The staff is constantly trying to come into your room incessantly and I don’t understand why since you only get turnover if you specifically ask for it which is a bit creepy and makes me wonder how many times this happens when you are not in your room. Oh and the icing on the cake. There is literally no beach. They promote it but it’s gone which is totally dishonest. IMO they should demolish the place and start over. This place needs complete remodeling and they should have at least one bedroom suites for families. I came here hoping to reconnect with my husband as we lead very busy lives and this place did the complete opposite. There are far better places here for a much better price. I noticed a lot of locals stay here and that’s exactly what this is good for locals that maybe don’t know any better or know the staff and stay at a discount but for a family that knows what their money is worth this is a scam.”

“Dividiré mi calificación en dos aspectos, lo positivo y otro en las cosas a mejorar. Positivo: Las instalaciones del hotel y los servicios en general fueron buenos, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas con una excelente vista. Las actividades en la piscina y el club de niños (Kids Paradaise) excelentes. Los restaurantes: Palapa: en general un buen bufet y muy variado cada día, un espacio amplio y luminoso. Queríamos disfrutar del restaurante mexicano, pero estuvo fuera de servicio durante nuestra estadía y aunque el hotel envió un correo informando esto y que las comidas serian servidas en otro lugar, esto nunca paso. Las reservaciones para los restaurantes se deben hacer vía teléfono y en verdad debimos invertir más de una de una hora para hacer reservas para el restaurante de carnes y de mar que por cierto lo encontramos con muy poca variedad. Dos de los aspectos que realmente nos decepcionaron del hotel: Uno, el día que llegamos nos cambiaron la habitación sobre la cual teníamos una confirmación vía correo electrónico ya que nuestra familia viajaba desde otro país y queremos estar en habitaciones cercanas. Escribí con anterioridad para ello y el hotel respondió con tres habitaciones seguidas, pero sorpresivamente el día que llegamos fuimos alojados en pisos diferentes y la respuesta del mostrador fue “lo sentimos, pero es que la habitación de ustedes presento un daño de agua y no esta en servicio” Lamentablemente comprobamos la misma noche que otros huéspedes habían sido alojados allí. Para nada ere necesario decir mentiras pues si hubo un error, era más fácil admitirlo. Finalmente, y luego de mucho insistir logramos al otro día una habitación cercana a la de nuestra familia. Segundo: Fue muy lamentable ver que el nivel de servicio en los bares era muy diferente para quienes daban propina por cada trago y para quienes no podíamos hacerlo. Al punto que u barman nos hizo un comentario negativo y grosero por ello. Así mismo los cocteles precitamente sin licor comparados con quienes ofrecían propina. La única persona que consideramos ofreció un excelente servicio fue el barman de la disco-bar. Finalmente, quiero resaltar a cinco personas que sin esperar nada a cambio, siempre se esmeraron por hacer muy bien su trabajo: 1. Majo (club de niños), 2. Felipe Coba (Mesero Palapa), 3. El barman de la disco-bar, 4. La chicha que ameniza en la piscina, 5. Maria Surian (camarera de habitación)”

Muy buen servicio de limpieza en habilitaciones reponían artículos de aseo a diario sin escatimar y reponían el frigobar todos los días, buffet poca variedad de comidas, el resto de los restaurantes súper bien! Lo único malo que la reserva es por teléfono y es imposible… el club kids de lo mejor con actividades para ellos todo el día y el parque acuático de lo mejor con toboganes para todas las edades! Otra cosa que objetar esel chico de la tirolesa no lo dejo subir a mi hijo cuando cumplía con la medida y bastante tajante con el trato… se supone que son juegos para niños! el resto todo de 10! Volveríamos

Local fascinante. Quartos muito confortável, com serviço de quarto excelente. O quarto que ficamos era gigante com uma vista privilegiada de frente para o mar caribenho. Comigo ótima, local limpo e arejado. Piscina top. 6 restaurantes, bebida sempre gelada. Salão de jogos top, lojas e artigos para compras bem localizado. Atendimento de primeira, vc se sente um rei. Recomendo a todos tentar ficar ao menos 4 dias. 100% recomendado.

El hotel tiene instalaciones viejas pero bien conservadas en áreas comunes (albercas, lobby, pasillos, etc).El proceso del check-in fue muy lento alrededor de 1 hora y media, el check-out fuemuy rápido,la mayoría del personal es muy atento y amable.La habitación que nos toco no le funcionaba bien el frigobar y el aire emitía un sonido un poco molesto.El sabor de la comida en general no es buena, las hamburguesas fue lo mejor respecto a este punto.Mi visita fue en familia y tuvimos problemas de infecciones estomacales durante y después del viaje, debido a la comida del lugar.

Es muy limpio el hotel y la comida es deliciosa, pero no hay mucha variedad en el buffet. Sin embargo recomiendo ampliamente el restaurant Italiano, el mesero fue de lo más amable y lo que nos recomendó era muy rico. La mayoría del staff son muy amables, a excepción de la señorita que nos limpió el cuarto, que fue muy grosera porque la habitación estaba ocupada cuando llegó a limpiar y el encargado del buffet quien nos prohibió la entrada a la cena por traer traje de baño, pero a extranjeros los dejaba pasar incluso recién salidos de la alberca. Los horarios de los eventos y bebidas están limitados. Si te gusta mucho la fiesta, no es mejor hotel, es demasiado familiar. Otra de las fallas es que casi no hay sombra cerca de las albercas y la alberca techada se abarrota y el agua es muy fría. Ahhh y por último están remodelando y durante el día, el ruido en las habitaciones es insoportable.

Las habitaciones no son lo que proyectan en las fotos, falta mucho mantenimiento, están ya muy viejas, el personal unos muy amables y otros con caras vi a varios huéspedes teniendo una discusión con el personal. Los gerentes muy atentos, las bebidas muy dulces y el snack es siempre lo mismo , es muy difícil reservar en los restaurantes de especialidad. La comida aceptable, los shows solo el mexicano valió la pena ahi si muy bueno de los que vi, los demás dan pena ajena. Los toboganes muy padrey los entrenamientos infantiles . Hay muchas cosas que hacer solo creo la calidad del hotel baja por que se ve viejo sin manteniendo en áreas y el área de playaes pequeñase la comió el mar.

This was our first all inclusive resort experience and it was great! This place was made for kids. Nice pools, fun water slides, and lots of food! The buffet is solid. They don’t put out bacon in the morning until later which was frustrating - some of us want bacon at 7 AM. The restaurants were good - Wayne’s Boots being the best. The reservation system for getting into a restaurant is a mess but not a big hang up. There is a hamburger/hot dog bar by the infinity pool that serves all you can eat burgers during the day - loved that feature. The kids club is nice and they put on a daily activity at 11 that our kids enjoyed. The two areas of the resort that need better AC/ventilation are the on-site gym and the Jetix gaming area. There is a golf course nearby - quick taxi ride. If you book through the resort concierge, the course is $125 for 18 holes with a cart and food/drinks included. Bring your own clubs if possible. It’s a well kept course and it’s tough - bring lots of balls and stay away from the gators. Overall, this resort was clean and had beautiful ocean views. I’m sure there are fancier options out there but this was great for our first all inclusive experience.

Minha filha é restrita na alimentação e para comer no jantar nos restaurantes tem que fazer reserva. O buffet geral de almoço e jantar não é muito bom pra quem é restritivo e pra quem come de tudo também. Somente 1 dia teve carne vermelha e somente no jantar tinha em 2 restaurantes. Saímos cedo para fazer um passeio e não esquecemos de fazer reserva. Porém mesmo sem reserva se conseguia comer bastava esperar um pouco. Neste dia estava cheio e pedi se podiam fazer um prato de carne e batata frita para ela e a resposta foi que não podíam. Fiquei passada tive que fazer uma reclamação pra gerência pois se recusaram a fazer um prato de carne pra minha filha de 9 anos. O hotel es hall inclusive não pagamos barato. A praia também não é boa, não conseguimos ir nenhum dia é cheia de sargaço ( uma alga com cheiro ruim), praia cheia de pedras…é muito brava ( ruim para quem tem crianças ).

Muy agradable estadía una mayaa la alberca principal le hace falta, no pudimos disfrutar de ella por qué estaba muy fuerte el sol.Un agradecimiento a José pool, por su exelente servicio.No puse cuatro estrellas en todopor dos cosas, la ubicación muy lejos del centroy se batalla mucho para las reservas en los restaurantes de especialidades, en una ocasión nos tardamos dos horas para poder lograr la reservación.

The buffet food is not good at all, all my family members including myself got a stomach ache after eating there. So I would stay far away from that. The restaurants were good but hard to make reservations for so I would make the reservation well ahead of time. The staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate any needs you may have. There is so much to do at this resort and had an enjoyable time there. I would say the rooms are very outdated and during my stay there, everything smelt like paint which ultimately gave us all headaches after awhile, even the hallway smelt like it. After talking to the front desk about changing rooms they did nothing and had to keep the balcony door open to try to air out the smell which is not ideal with the weather outside. Overall it is a nice place but had some down sides.

Muy agradable estancia en general, rica comida, solo nunca responden en recepción y reservar en restaurante es complicado. Estuvimos dos días sin agua pero resolvieron pronto. Muchas actividades y fácil permanecer cuatro días sin salir. El bufete es variado por lo que no cansa. Cómodo y seguro para ir con niños. El alcohol es de muy mala calidad, preferí las bebidas sin alcohol. El bar siempre pone las mismas canciones, es aburrido. Me faltó conocer el bar del piso 8la alberca techada al final estaba un poco sucia. Me llamo la atención que el hotel no limpiará el zargazo, ya que llegó demasiado a la playa del hotel.

Muy bien hotel muy cómodas habitaciones solo el serviy de comida en la palapa debe mejorar y ampliar la variedad, en los restaurantes las cartas son limitadas y en dos noches en el Italiano y en el de mariscos no tenían lo que pedía entonces que caso tiene ser limitada si no lo tienen ni siquiera todo lo que aparece en el menú? Pero eso sí todo estaba delicioso en todos los restaurantes a la carta y de destacar el servicio en ellos, al hotel el único pero que le pongo es que no hay ni una sombra en las albercas principales y la de niños y en los camastros de alberca y playa también muy limitado los lugares de sombra, la alberca techada es una opción pero hay a quienes nos gusta estar más cerca del mar.En resumen ampliamente recomendable

We had the best vacation here last week 11 year old and 9 year old twins and no issues slides were fun and fast enough for kids and adults Beach steps away by a few entrances 2 pools big enough for everyone to fit and have their space Food and drinks everywhere Another local beach a short block down 5o walk to Vendors on Tuesdays Thursdays selling more authentic goods so buy here with those vendors then what you find outside the hotel on the excursions. you can tell by the weight they sell better products in the lobby vendors here then outside much heavier and sturdier painted items as well. Our room was on the 1 st floor which is technically the 2nd floor did hear downstairs but didn't prevent us from sleeping Will definitely recommend

Friendly service and clean hotel! We had a pretty good time and we enjoyed most of the amenities but the quality of the food was average to poor. Also you must make a reservation to eat at any of the restaurants thats not the buffet but the problem is they never answer the phone so you can make a reservation. My group and I called the restaurant reservation extensions a total of around 10 times throughout the different days of our stay and at the times they stated which was from 8am-2pm and they did not answer a single time! Overall we had a good time but cant give 5 stars for that reason.

Com a opção all inclusive, esperava mais.Cerveja, vinho, espumante sem gosto. Comida igual todos os dias. Tem 5 restaurantes onde se deve reservar no dia, das 08 às 14 hs. 1o dia no restaurante italiano pedi salmão e tive intoxicação alimentar. No dia seguinte, a esposa teve intoxicação alimentar também ao pedir salmão no restaurante francês. Em resumo, ficamos 3 dias mal, debilitados, no quarto sem poder usufruir das instalações e do "all inclusive". Procurando a gerência do hotel, fui informado de que não tiveram outros relatos e que o problema era nosso. Enfim, local caro pelo que oferece. Não recomendo e não volto mais.

Hay una exposición dentro del hotel de unos seudo artesanos. Que adornan cráneos deanimales. Son groseros y abusivos. No son parte del hotel pero los dejan vender en el lobby. Se acercó un turista americano con mi hermano a pedirle consejo del precio ya que querían pedirle 1800 dólares por uno de esos cráneos. Mi hermano solo le dijo q le pareció elevado el precio y uno de ellos se puso a reclamarle. Una muy mala experiencia.Fuera de eso el hotel. La comida. La atención del personal del hotel es de primera.

Pros: budget friendly, kid friendly Cons: the food-The buffet is disgusting, the food at the restaurants are not good quality. The steak I had tonight was fatty and thin. The shrimp I had last night was almost see through. It’s just low quality food, I don’t know how else to word it. The flavors seem a bit off too, I think that may have to do with Mexican vs American tastes. The beach- The picture online showed a big beautiful beach, the beach is only long enough to fit one chair. It’s so small, now I’ve read this is a problem throughout Cancun not specific to this resort alone. But it’s very misleading when the pictures online show a huge beach. Organization- there is a definite lack of organization when it comes to this place. One person tells you one thing, another person gives you a different answer. There are no menus to the restaurants unless you go in and scan the QR codes. There are no maps given to you, you have to find things on your own. There are no schedules of shows you have to ask the concierge to see what the show is. I’m in my room now wanting to book something at the spa but I’d have to go to the spa to see what they offer. There’s not a spa service menu in your room or even a room service menu. Also to turn the bathroom light on you have to insert your room key into a slot by the door. Which is fine, but it wasn’t explained to us at check in. And every time we tried calling the lobby they never picked up. When we went down, they explained it to us. But that should be something said upon checkin because it is so bizarre.

You won't find a cleaner hotel with friendlier staff. However, this is not a 5 star hotel, the rooms and general feel is dated and the buffet room is very clinical. The breakfast was lovely with a good variety of Mexican and continental breakfast but dinner was very samey and there was no description of what the food was. Very basic and lots of stuff that didn't really go together although it was always well stocked . The steak restaurant was lovely and the staff were attentive. There was little entertainment. The pools were lovely with a great variety, especially the children's area. The room was spacious but the bathroom was dated. As a single women travelling with four children under 10 I couldn't have felt more welcome and safe. As earlier mentioned, the staff were spot on, so so welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay, just a shame about the food and the entertainment.

We have stayed at this hotel twice, it is perfect for kiddos with a lot of activities for them. The food situation can be very disappointing if you want to eat at any of the dinner restaurant options, you have to call at 8 am and try numerous times until you are placed on hold, it usually is a 45 min task every morning with no guarantee of making a reservation. Then you are stuck eating at the buffet again. It is nice to be able to have a sit down dinner at the end of the day.The rooms have had some level of disrepair during both stays. The beach is currently washed away but last time it was perfect, hopefully it gets brought back in soon. The staff are always wonderful. I would not stay here if we didn't have kiddos. I realize you get what you pay for and will have to find another resort to visit next time we come to Cancun.

Si estas buscando buena comida y buenos tragos, este no es el lugar. Poca variedad, tragos baratos. Muy colapsado, filas para absolutamente todo. Falta de manutención evidente de las instalaciones. No tiene playa, ya que el mar ha avanzado hasta la orilla del resort. Tiene restaurantes temáticos, pero reservar es muy difícil. En general una mala experiencia, creo que lo rescatable es la muy buena atención por parte del personal.

Fairly clean. Staff were very kind, lots of staff around if you need anything. Dinner restaurant menus were great, breakfast and lunch buffets were decent. All good related activities required a mask. Beautiful views and several pool options! The beach was not very wide, just enough room to lay out, swim or walk, not much room for beach activities. Overall great experience for a good price.

Excelente servicio, muy limpios todos los espacios comunes como lo son las albercas, los bares, salas de juegos y también las habitaciones.El buffet es un poco limitado, en el segundo día te das cuenta que no hay gran variedad pero los platillos son muy buenos.De los restaurantes temáticos, solo el francés sobresale, es realmente muy bueno. Los demás dejan bastante que desear ya que la comida es un poco insípida.La playa que tiene el hotel tampoco es muy buena, queda exactamente en la zona en la que no hay arena solo unas grandes piedras, así que pasaras la mayor parte del tiempo en las albercas, si esto no es problema para ti, es 100% recomendable, pero si lo que buscas es estar en la arena y disfrutar de la playa, realmente no lo recomiendo ñ.

Ambiente ideal en familia y con amigos. Todos los días tienen actividades para todas las edades. Me agradó mucho la zona para adultos y las pequeñas albercas con agua caliente. Los restaurantes, el servicio, los alimentos (diario hay palillos diferentes en el bufet) y la atención son excelentes. Para acceder a los restaurantes de especialidades deben hacer reservación y los más demandados son el de carnes e italiano, para que lo consideren. Sólo sugiero que las bebidas sean de mejor calidad.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar de unas lindas vacaciones en el mar, te enamoras del caribe, con sus colores preciosos y sus tonalidades color turquesa. Este lugar es muy bonito cuenta con un área de Hotel enorme, además tiene área para niños, y juegos . Me encantó que tanto de día como de noche hay actividad para hacer hay vida nocturna también. Totalmente recomendado este lugar para disfrutar de nuestro bello México y su mar.

Disfruté totalmente la estancia, desde la llegada nos recibieron con cortesía, recibieron nuestras maletas y desinfectaron mientras hacía check in y posteriorlas enviaron a la habitación. Hay ascensores para personas que usan silla de ruedas. La habitación tenía una vista impresionante, súper limpia, con caja fuerte y un minibar, TV con cable y Netflix! Wifi en todo momento y un balcón con una mini estancia. El tocador impecable, contábamos con varios juegos de toallas limpias y algunas amenidades. Los restaurantes súper ordenados, respetando las reservaciones los que eran a la carta y el buffet ni se diga, el hostess lo acompaña hasta su mesa y presenta al mesero a cargo; variedad de platillos y postres y todo delicioso. Las piscinas y actividades en ellas ¡súper! La barra libre, el área de adultos y jacuzzi sin palabras, organizado, limpio y con horarios prudenciales. El bar y los shows nocturnos 10/10. Seguro, recomendado y por supuesto que regresaría.

Pros. Mucho aire si usted es una persona calurosa. Casi toda la gente es amable. Buen WiFi. Servicio de refrescos, jugo y agua en el frigobar de la habitación. Contra: la temperatura de las albercas es insoportablemente fría. Y no me refiero a que estén a temperatura ambiente, está inexplicablemente gélida, más que el mismo mar. Imposible pasar más de una hora dentro del agua. El aire hace que entre las puertas silbe y en la noche el ruido es insoportable. Olor desagradable a drenaje en las habitaciones. Habitaciones interconectadas con una puerta y se escucha todo. No hay privacidad. Apenas y hay playa y está prohibido meterse. Si, prohibido. Personas del hotel con un silbato te piden salir si el agua pasa de tu cintura. Me intoxiqué con el pozole y un día de mis vacaciones lo pasé vomitando en la habitación. Fue imposible contactar al room service. Estoy molesto conmigo por haber sacrificado un hotel mejor con albercas climatizadas por aprovechar los toboganes de este hotel con mis hijos, específicamente pregunté si estarían abiertos. Me dijeron que sí. Llegué y estaban en mantenimiento. Los adultos no podemos ingresar al área de niños para jugar con nuestros hijos. Tuve que conformarme con quedarme en una silla viendo de lejos. Insisten demasiado con las pláticas de tiempos compartidos y no entienden cuando les decimos NO ME INTERESA. mala información con la facturación. Nunca volveré.

The picture posted of the hotel is beautiful, but not really what it looks like. The picture shows a large, beautiful beach....but sorry....there is NO BEACH! I'm not lying....there isn't enough beach to put a chair on! That picture should be replaced with one that shows how it really looks, it's truly a case of false advertisement. And the tiny bit of beach that was there is kind of dangerous. There are slabs of concrete and pieces of pipes and rebarb sticking out of the water. The food was okay, the service was excellent, especially our maid, the specialty restaurants were good but hard to make reservations. so if you're looking for a resort with a nice beach to relax on...this is not the place for you.

Just returned from another 2 weeks at this fabulous hotel. Was our 4th visit from the UK. It never disappoints. Staff are so friendly always happy to help. 5stars to David in the buffet and Oliver on Wayne's boots they couldn't do enough for us. Always something to eat, and even for the kids too. Bars are always friendly and always have your drinks ready when get there. The evening shows where fab too even if we've watched them before. Will definitely return.

El hotel a la visual es muy grande y hermoso, con respecto a la comida es muy escaso, ciertas comidas del almuerzo se repiten en la cena. Falta variedad de comidas, mucha variedad. Para hacer una reservación en los restaurantes se tardan horrible. Me tardé hora y media pegada al teléfono los dos días que reservé, para q te atiendan en menos de 3 mins. Y se excusan en q son muchas habitaciones, pues deberían ser más eficientes o tener más asesores al teléfono

Family oriented, definitely it is. If you are looking for a calm stay with kids to entertain this is the place to stay. The snack bar by the pool it’s really good. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The only thing I say needs improvement it’s the food from the buffet. It needs more flavor. The specialty restaurants are great specially at La Piazza and the steakhouse Wayne’s Boots. The room has everything needed but the room I stayed (not sure if all are like this) the bathtub is too high and slippery I find this an inconvenience for kids and people with special needs. I’m sure If you ask they could accommodate to a room with a shower not a bathtub.

The one good thing I have to say about this place is the friendly staff. Shout out to Carlos Perez! They truly are very kind people. However… everything else is a joke at this place. The buffet food is worst then my high school lunch. You can seriously find better food at a gas station. We made reservations at Wayne’s Boot’s and were very disappointed. If you remember those banquet frozen dinners, that’s kinda what we were served. I’m not exaggerating I promise. I’d really rather just have the frozen dinner. Wayne’s is suppose to be a steakhouse but they only offered us one steak when we showed up. Nothing they serve is seasoned at all.The worst part of the whole stay is that our water didn’t work for most of our stay. We had the room with the jacuzzi tub, and didn’t get to use it. We couldn’t shower, use the toilet, the sink… it was depressing. It rained a few times which is fine. But there was a big leak in our ceiling that was obviously annoying and became dangerous to slip on.They said I couldn’t be compensated on my bill at all. They offered me some lobster… it’s already all inclusive btw. And then they offered us a spa but didn’t have any availability for the spa anyways. For a new room we’d have to wait for them to move reservations around so it just really wasn’t a pleasant experience. And not to mention the entire building was falling apart. We went to the buffet area after speaking with the front desk about our issues, and they seated us right next to an even bigger leak in the ceiling where a price of the dry wall was dangling down and dripping. I’ve also noticed that for every bad review the owner gives the same exact copy and paste response. So to the owner, let’s here some actual feedback from you.

The food is decent. You can find something you like at the buffet. The restaurants are a little bit above decent. The room was very nice and was cleaned everyday. The main thing was the pasta bar...I recommend making the sauces ahead of time so the chefs don't have to literally throw up a sauce and pour it onto the pasta without mixing the seasoning(s) in.

Hotel top, pode contratar sem receio. Ficamos no Hotel 9 dias e 8 noites, estávamos em 15 pessoas, todos gostaram. Hotel tem de tudo, lazer nota 10, tem 5 restaurantes que são muito top, tem que reservar os restaurantes sempre as 8 da manhã, restaurantes chiques, certamente você contrata hotel e ganha verdadeiras noites de galas em restaurantes tops, culináriasfrancesa, italiana, mexicana, carnes e frutos do mar.

I don't understand how this resort can be considered a 5 star. I also do not understand how it has such high ratings on Google... The best part of our stay was when we were finally leaving! Do not come here if you want a fun relaxing trip. Come here if you like terrible service and rude disrespectful employees who are trying to rip you off any opportunity they get. Come here if you prefer poor sleep because the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. Our bathroom was so dated and gross, with an old tub and shower head where I had to bend over to get my hair and face. A huge negative is the beach here -- THERE IS NONE. Big problem if you're advertising one in pictures... It is almost all gone.. it is tiny and difficult to access. Don't let the pictures fool you. This would be fine if the pool was nice, but it is not. The food is so bad you're better off going across the street to eat Subway. We all got sick. There is a service fee for room service, and you will wait a minimum 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Hands down the worst resort I have stayed at in Mexico. Honestly was so shocked by the poor disorganized service. Crown Paradise Club should be called a "HALF INCLUSIVE RESORT" with "NO BEACH". So many hidden fees while staying here. Don't make the same mistake we did, go elsewhere.

Te lo venden como un hotel de 4 estrellas para arriba y está más que de la mitad para abajo, respecto al precio es un robo impresionante.1-llegando me dan una habitación diminuta (no por la que pague) y oliendo a pintura y thiner, obvio pedí el cambio y haciéndose los que se les paso me la cambian.2-la habitación bastante regular, camas incómodas, servicio de limpieza aceptable.3 los restaurantes de bufette, decepcionantes y menús horribles, desayuno, comida y cena POCA VARIEDAD, llenos de masa y pan, muy poca proteína y postres de mediocres a basura. Jugos de botella vaciados a contenedores (lo ví no estoy inventando) ha de ser mucho gasto las naranjas y las aguas de tank , ninguna fue jamás hecha con fruta natural.Un día llovió y había más goteras que en un hostal de 4taEn cuánto a los restaurantes temáticos hay que reservar porque se agotan rápido (es un castigo comer de los de bufette) , el Wayne boots de cortes sin ser ninguna maravilla cumple por lo menos con servir carne(digo ya de menos) ; el gallos de comida mexicana muy mediocre tacos x , cualquier puesto callejero del país vende mejor sabor y cálidad). El de mariscos , parece que te cuentan las porciones, ceviches y platillos regulares. El japonés es una burla, sushi arroz SIN PROTEÍNA y unos rollitos pa la basura. En cuánto a los lugares de snack es lo que se espera, papas hamburguesas y hotdogs medianos y los de bebidas, todas son decepcionantes y cerveza al parecer rebajada con agua .LAS PISCINAS:muy bien pero con agua muy fría, al parecer por los costos de cada hospedaje no las pueden climatizar.La playa¿CUAL?, desde que sales del hotel cuenten 3 metros y ya están rompiendo las olas, cabe aclarar que esto no es una cosa del hotel en general ya todo Cancún tiene entre 3-4 metros de playa. El problema con esto es que si ustedes revisan imágenes de este y de todos los hoteles, te venden un playonon de miedo y unas imágenes paradisíacas y la realidad ya es otra.Cancún en general es decepcionante, he viajado muchas veces a Cancún , pero llevaba 4 años que no iba y me lo cambiaron feo. No es lo que te prometen y con hoteles como este la experiencia se vuelve aún peor.Que les duró mucho xcaret porque a este paso algo les va a afectar lo de la playa y los precios carísimos por lo que se ofrece.El servicio en el hotel muy radical:unos muy bien en especial en los restaurantes temáticos, la atención es IMPECABLEEn bufette y snacks literalmente todos con jeta y atendiendo de mala gana y a fuerzas y en recepción pues igual mal porque llamaba para algo y nunca te contesta nadie.Y para terminar este punto si es muy personal QUE FLOJERA TENER QUE TRAER LA ESTUPIDEZ DEL CUBREBOCAS y los empleados preocupadisimos de que lo portes. Todos encima de todos y resulta que se asume que todos traen más que una enfermedad mortífera. ¡Ridículos!! A pero con los gringos son super relajados ellos si no lo portan casi en ningúna parte y los empleados hacen como que no ven . Yo pague en dólares igual que ellos pero hacérselo entender a empleados

When we got to the hotel the line went quickly and we got to our room right away. I was disappointed to find out upon arrival that they had know record of my room request which I have record of on my booking. I asked to have a room near my sister and they put us in two different buildings. Luckily I was able to move to the same building but was disappointed the hotel did not do anything with my request when I first made it 5 months in advance. Miguel at the front desk is terribly rude. I came down to ask him a question and he was so unwelcoming. He also checked us out of the hotel and was again very rude. His tone and attitude as well as unwillingness to help was unreal. I’m not sure why he works there if he treats guests this way. Food was bland and although they had a lot of things, none of it tasted that great. Some of the staff are very nice and others very rude. The person serving at the Sushi restaurant is always rude. He seems mad when you ask for anything, it’s really very odd. I’ve read a lot of previous comments and management keeps saying they have discussed this and are working on it, but it’s been years worth of the same comments so I don’t believe anything is going to change. The beach was small but nice…unfortunately that doesn’t have much to do with the hotel. The water slide at the hotel was good, the kids had fun and I actually found my room to be very nice and the view was amazing. There were red ants on the balcony so that was a downer. Just a side note, the comments from the staff to my kids about drinking Tequila were really getting old after hearing the same joke from multiple people everyday. I guess it’s something said to tourists for a laugh, but I found it annoying after a while. The shoes were good but the stage needs an upgrade, it looks like it’s going to fall apart. The alcoholic drinks are really terrible, they’re full of too much sugar and way too much ice. I realize tips are important in Mexico but I couldn’t bring myself to tip some of the people serving me based on there behaviour. There were a few bartenderswho looked annoyed when I asked for a drink. I paid a lot of money to be there and I expected nothing less than top notch. Though there were a few positives that definitely wasn’t enough. I don’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t until they work with their staff on proper customer service.

No se nota el deseo de mejorar la calidad. La bebida y la música sólo hasta la 1 am luego de esta hora solo queda comer amburguesasy perro caliente, nada de bebidas ni música muy alta en el área del Lobby, en las habitaciones pueden aparecer cucarachas aunque fumigan las áreas. La gastronomía y los tragos necesitan más calidad, sobre todo en las áreas de la mayoría de clientes.

Hoje dia 05/11/2021, tenho a dizer que Este hotel é excelente, estamos hospedados, eu e minha esposa, por 7 dias e ficaríamos muito mais tempo sem pensar duas vezes. O atendimento é sensacional, a educação dos atendentes é realmente surpreendente, limpeza, organização, as atrações, restaurantes temáticos que são de fino trato (o fujyama é um restaurante japonês e não tem sashimi )..porém tem que fazer reserva antes. Resumindo é uma extrema fartura e elegância!! Gostam muito dos brasileiros! Não tem extorsão que vemos em muitos lugares. Enfim, Crown Paradise foi até hoje uma experiência inesquecível!!!!

El hotel tiene cosas muy buenas para niños, como la alberca con el barco pirata, la guardería, el espectáculo nocturno y el bufete de alimentos. Pero tiene áreas de oportunidad como el trato al turista nacional, las almohadas huelen a sudor, los espejos en los baños son de hace 50 años y lo más importante es que sus restaurantes de especialidad son un engaño, hacen hasta lo imposible para que no puedan ir a ellos, y solo cenes en el bufete general, que no es maño pero tratan de limitar que nadie use los restaurantes de especialidad para ahorrarse dinero.

Dividiré mi calificación en dos aspectos, lo positivo y otro en las cosas a mejorar. Positivo: Las instalaciones del hotel y los servicios en general fueron buenos, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas con una excelente vista. Las actividades en la piscina y el club de niños (Kids Paradaise) excelentes. Los restaurantes: Palapa: en general un buen bufet y muy variado cada día, un espacio amplio y luminoso. Queríamos disfrutar del restaurante mexicano, pero estuvo fuera de servicio durante nuestra estadía y aunque el hotel envió un correo informando esto y que las comidas serian servidas en otro lugar, esto nunca paso. Las reservaciones para los restaurantes se deben hacer vía teléfono y en verdad debimos invertir más de una de una hora para hacer reservas para el restaurante de carnes y de mar que por cierto lo encontramos con muy poca variedad. Dos de los aspectos que realmente nos decepcionaron del hotel: Uno, el día que llegamos nos cambiaron la habitación sobre la cual teníamos una confirmación vía correo electrónico ya que nuestra familia viajaba desde otro país y queremos estar en habitaciones cercanas. Escribí con anterioridad para ello y el hotel respondió con tres habitaciones seguidas, pero sorpresivamente el día que llegamos fuimos alojados en pisos diferentes y la respuesta del mostrador fue “lo sentimos, pero es que la habitación de ustedes presento un daño de agua y no esta en servicio” Lamentablemente comprobamos la misma noche que otros huéspedes habían sido alojados allí. Para nada ere necesario decir mentiras pues si hubo un error, era más fácil admitirlo. Finalmente, y luego de mucho insistir logramos al otro día una habitación cercana a la de nuestra familia. Segundo: Fue muy lamentable ver que el nivel de servicio en los bares era muy diferente para quienes daban propina por cada trago y para quienes no podíamos hacerlo. Al punto que u barman nos hizo un comentario negativo y grosero por ello. Así mismo los cocteles precitamente sin licor comparados con quienes ofrecían propina. La única persona que consideramos ofreció un excelente servicio fue el barman de la disco-bar. Finalmente, quiero resaltar a cinco personas que sin esperar nada a cambio, siempre se esmeraron por hacer muy bien su trabajo: 1. Majo (club de niños), 2. Felipe Coba (Mesero Palapa), 3. El barman de la disco-bar, 4. La chicha que ameniza en la piscina, 5. Maria Surian (camarera de habitación)

albercas vomitadas, a pesar de que lo reportamos nunca fueron a limpiarla, los platos del bufett sucios, no cubren con las normas de sanidad marcadas por el gobierno, la comida del bufette salada y siempre escasa y la misma, supuestamente reservamos un todo incluido y nunca pudimos entrar a los restaurantes por que ko había cupo, tuvimos que salir a comprar alimentos ya que hasta la comida del room service era pésima y te tardaban muchísimo en entregarla. Fue una experiencia mala, muchos ahorramos nuestro dinero como para que nos salgan con estas agrias experiencias.

Tiene muchos puntos de mejora, nada que ver con las fotos, es más antiguo y le falta mucho mantenimiento, NO tiene PLAYA, lo cual es una gran decepción, los shows son malísimos, parecen presentaciones escolares sin gracia, nada espectacular, son los mismos chicos que cuidan las piscinas, además de que los ofrecen en el teatro cerrado y abarrotado sin normas sanitarias. La comida de muy mala calidad, comes mejor en un vips, jamás encontrarás un mejillóno un coktail de camarón, bueno mi guacamole, mucha comida procesada, de lata y de bote, terrible, esperarías comida fresca en un “5 estrellas”, pero no es el caso. En el buffett es bastante asqueroso que la gente tome la comida con las manos o metan el pelo en el helado, nadie supervisa o auxilia para servir alimentos, sin mencionar las filas inmensas para pedir un “huevo frito “Los restaurantes temáticos es lo mismo del buffett solo que te lo sirven, es muy difícil reservar, la verdad no vale la pena si pensabas que quizá habría mejor comida. La zona kids no le da el sol la mayor parte del día, y hay corrientes de aire en la zona, así que el agua esta helada. Pero no todo es tan malo, todas las habitaciones tienen vista al mar y los toboganes muy divertidos y en general el trato es amable, aunque parece faltarles mucho personal y presupuesto.

O hotel em geral é muito bom! O quarto é confortável e a vista é incrível. Fomos bem atendidos.A comida e as bebidas estavam ótimas, principalmente nos restaurantes temáticos, mas era necessário ligar para reservar. O café da manhã e o hambúrguer perto da piscina também eram muito bons! Apenas o sushi no Fujiyama e algumas sobremesas deixaram a desejar.Um dos únicos pontos negativos foi a praia. Em frente ao hotel não tem faixa de areia e tem muitas pedras, simplesmente não tem como entrar no mar. Tivemos que andar até a playa delfines. Fomos no início de outubro/21 e estava com sargaço (algas).Outro ponto negativo é que tivemos um inconveniente onde nos ofereceram alguns benefícios em troca de responder algumas perguntas e ouvir sobre o programa de sócios, mas na hora disseram que não poderiam oferecer tudo que havia sido informado.Pros: organização, limpeza, atendimento.Contras: poucos elevadores.

Súper recomendado, la atención de los meseros es muy buena, son muy amables y atentos, la comida esta muy rica tienen gran variedad, la playa esta muy padre y puedes ingresar sin problemas la distribución del hotel también es buena no tienes que caminar grandes distancias, todas las noches tienen show nocturnos a las 8:30 y son muy divertidos, las habitaciones son muy lindas y limpias, las limpian muy bien diariamente y son muy atentos.

En general el hotel está bien, agradable para para pasar unos días en familia. Sin embargo tiene aspectos particulares buenos y malos.Buenos: *La atención del personal, sobre todo los meseros, muy amables y atentos. *La comida en general es buena, pero la de los restaurantes es genial, es muy tardado hacer reservacion (aprox 30,40 min) pero vale la pena. *Fuimos a celebrar un cumpleaños y el trato fue muy bonito, y hay mariachis que hacen la cena más amena. *La alberca familiar también está muy bien para toda la familia. *Hay tiendas dentro del hotel por cualquier emergencia, son caras pero te sacan del apuro. *La zona/estancia de bebés es muy agradable.Malos: *ME ROBARON MIS AUDÍFONOS :( los deje dentro de la habitación encima de mi mochila, y desaparecieron, esto fue pésimo y aunque no es culpa directa del hotel, para mi es motivo suficiente para no volver. *La zona de niños estaba cerrada, esto es una desilusión y no avisaron previamente, yo elegí mis vacaciones ahí por esta zona y fue muy malo que no ne dijeron para buscar otra opción. *Había mucha gente bebiendo y comiendo en la alberca por la tarde, creo que deberían mantener protocolo de higiene todo el día. *Ya no hay playa :( el espacio es súper pequeño y ahora con el sargazo no se disfruta nada. *La habitación tenía una gotera, provocada por acumulación de agua en el techo, provocando encharcamientos y todo el baño mojado :/ *El área de consealer es muy mala, la verdad creo que la señorita me estafó, me cobro $400 por un globo desinflado, el pastel que supuestamebte era gratis y de cortesía, el mesero lo improviso porque la chica no le aviso,me parece que es la peor área del hotel.En general es buena opción, pero seguro encuentras algo mejor 👍🏻

Al arribar al hotel no hay personal que te indique o guie en la habitación que te alojaras al momento de esperar a que te den la habitación no hubo personal que indicara si querías tomar algún snack, ni los restaurantes de los que podías disponer mientras esperabas llegamos a las 10:55 am y nos entregaron la habitación después de las 3:30 pm. en cuanto la comida si estaba muy rica los meseros, botones, mucama y barman excelentes muy amables todos, las instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias solo un pequeño incidente en el clima de nuestra habitación duro casi 3 horas tirando gotitas de agua. y pór la temporada de huracanes no había casi playa ya que el mar se había llevado la arena y había subido el nivel del mar. les recomendaría también el área para niños son muy bien atendidos por el personal a cargo.

Instalaciones y alberca bien, las camas en la habitación muy pequeñas. Lamentablemente hay personal con muy poca actitud de servicio, especialmente en el restaurante de bufet y en la reservación de restaurante a la carta. No tenían control de ingreso de las personas en el restaurante de bufet.

No tiene playa y ellos en las fotos ponen que si, las reservaciones a los restaurantes especializados están destinados los mejores horarios a los que tienen mejor habitación, es muy difícil reservar la cena por que no contestan, tuve fallas con una regadera en mi recámara y nunca fueron ya ni por qué me queje en el lobby, el comedor del buffet sin clima... Es horrible comer con calor y con tiempos de covid no tenga suficiente flujo de aire... El área de niños cerrado y era la principal atracción para hospedarme ahí... Si me lo preguntan venden gato por liebre...

This place is all inclusive. You can get drinks to go. They have a Fujiyama on site along with a fancy French restaurant and a seafood place that I've heard is good. Reservations are required at the moment because they can only operate at half capacity. Four or five swimming pools two of which are specifically for children with water slides and play areas. I’ll start by saying that a lot of the reviews that I read were very accurate. No AC in the Buffett where you ate majority of the time because it’s frustrating and sometimes impossible to make a reservation, it was extremely uncomfortable eating while sweating. The food was below par at almost every restaurant.Italian and snack shack (by the pool) were the only good restaurants. Everywhere was hot. Lobby abs elevators weren’t equipped with working AC.Room weren’t cold enough even at the lowest setting. The cleanliness of the entire facility was average, especially considering the times we are going through and the expected cleaning you’d think you’d see. You’d see when walking through the halls, items left outside of rooms for days. Trash left by the elevators for more than 4 days at a time. The grounds weren’t pretty (in my opinion and comparing it to other resorts; Not many flowers , no cabanas, a lot of maintenance required that was masked by a lot of duct tape and tapestry. Didn't like location of “beach”. Entirely too many HUGE rocks made it impossible to swim. 10 beach chairs to pick from to lay on the “beach”. This reminded me of a low budget Myrtle Beach resort. I did not like it and got extremely sick upon return. *There were some very nice servers in the Buffett area and very nice bartenders that work incredibly hard and to them I say thank you and job well done ! I realize during these times it’s hard to staff adequately and it can make their jobs even harder !

I booked a group even here for our wedding, mind you the minimum for "group pricing" is 10 rooms. Total we had about 15. Well from the start the coordinator made me feel like we were not very important to her. I chose not to book elsewhere because our group included kids and a lot of reviews said this was a great family spot. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but when I wanted to get the payments started for the contract to be validated, the coordinator bluntly told us she was busy tending to a large group and would not take the time to help us until she was done. Well we have now been here since Thursday and have yet to meet this lady. She hasn't provided any service for us. On top of that we had a few changes to our group and I communicated this to her via email, well guess what, every time my guests went to check in, they were met with an "your name is not on the list" I had to call them 4 times to straighten it out. Then my uncles bathroom ceiling fell through. How embarrassing to bring guests here. There is no ac anywhere and even in the rooms, the return on the unit doesn't work so you only feel like a fan is running. When our hair stylist came to the resort they gave her a hard time and wanted us to pay for a room for her even though she was just doing her job and leaving. In conclusion, the service from most staff is good except where it really matters, at the check in and with the events coordinator. My wedding trip was so stressful because of the resort, please save your money and book elsewhere, because there are hundreds of other resorts in cancun that will give you the treatment and experience you deserve!

Habitaciones super amplias (nos tocó jacuzzi) y con vista al océano! El wifi es malillo pero funciona. Los restaurantes y snack de lo mejor con horarios amplios y el servicio de primera calidad. El servicio de bar y bebidas, buenísimo! Que buenas vacaciones estamos teniendo!!Solo algunos detalles No tienen buenos protocolos de seguridad, no hay servicio médico o para médicos cerca y pocos lugares con sombra en alberca.Pero sin duda un gran hotel!

El hotel muy bien tiene unos aspectos que mejorar como el aire acondicionado del elevadory del game room . Y los tres elevadores necesitan estár en función. Los Snacks de la piscina están ricos pero necesitan más variedad . Los restaurantes están deliciosos mis favoritos fueron el Mexicano Los Gallos y el steak house . En general todo está muy bien y el precio está excelente 👌. Las bebidas de los bares super ricas la comida de la palapa está bien e igual necesita variar el menú pero en general me gustó y volvería a ir muchas muchas veces..

El staff es super amable y comprometido con asistir a los huéspedes. La comida se lleva un 4 porque no había mucha variedad y aunque era vistosa, algunos de los platillos no estaban completamente sabrosos. Las bebidas super ricas y bien cargaditas de alcohol. La comida de los snacks (hamburguesas y hot dogs) estaba muy rica y súper accesible, especialmente para los niños, ya que esta una palapa de snacks en el área de la alberca. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y las camas cómodas.

I’ll start with the positive. Carlos the bartender at the center bar was incredibly friendly our entire stay. Every time we stopped by during our 4 day trip we were met with his upbeat personality and enthusiasm! Kids area and pools/water park were always lively and lots of fun. Unfortunately that’s about where the positive experiences end. The buffet food was underwhelming. Dinner reservations are required for any of the “good” restaurants and one day we called at 10am and were told they were completely booked and we were unable to be served that day. Overall, we found the seafood restaurant was the only one with anything satisfactory. If you are unable to get a reservation you are left with the choice of the buffet or burgers. Pretty insane for the amount of money we spent for a family of 6. Sheets were not clean, beds are hard, and prepare to be sweating pretty much the entire time that you are not in your room. No AC in the buffet during our stay but I’m not sure if that’s the norm. Wish we could have loved this place but after this stay we will be having to try other options in the hotel zone.

A lot of false advertisement with the pictures first of all. These resorts on this side of the coast do not have a beach because of the erosion. This resort is very outdated and rough around the edges. The best place for food was the Chinese restaurant as everything else is bland. The gym is pretty cheeks. Main pool is super packed but the adult pool was always nice and the adult clubs were too. Omar and Gerardo were always top notch and at their best where they were working at.

I love this hotel!!! I am currently staying here and it has been very nice so far and everyone around me here staying is having an amazing time here too from what I can see. The service has been top tier. It's my birthday gift to myself and I'm happy I chose to come here. As I am typing I randomly had a delivery of fresh fruit to enjoy in my room. It's just getting better and better. The real party is happening outside by the pool area I can't wait to join in later 😊.

PLEASE DON’T COME TO THIS HOTEL! 1. The main buffet and only buffet for the entire resort has broken A/C and the food is horrible. 3. Each restaurant requires a reservations except the buffet and it’s nearly impossible to get a reservation. 4. We found roaches in our rooms! 5. The water shuts off suddenly mid shower! 6. This is supposed to be an all inclusive resort yet they charge $5 for room service. 7. They limit the food you would like to order, the number of sushi rolls to two per person and the beverage fridge in the room. 8. They do not have a/c anywhere except your room (which isn’t that great) and the restaurants you need a reservation for. 9. The elevators are not air conditioned. 10. They don’t have enough staff in comparison to the size of the resort and the number of guests. 11. They don’t have straws so you drink out of nasty plastic cups that they reuse and you pray that they washed them well. 12. The plastic reusable plates they use are disgusting and stained. 13. The place is old!l and not maintained at ALL! 14. The beach is nonexistent. It’s a strip of sand with a few canopies and a few lounge chairs! 15. Pool area is a slip hazard as the depth and the hand rails aren’t in proper positions. Several people fell and hurt themselves getting into pools. 16. The floors around the resort are extremely slippery once wet. The concrete outside and the granite inside. Several people fell just walking from a pool to a table of chair.

Mala experiencia,todo incluído,pero,para cenar en los 5 restaurant de "buenos platillos" hay que reservar,al día de la cena,por teléfono,según a las 8:00 am.comiensan a recibir las recervaciones,puedes durar horas o incluso todo el día y cuando te contestan,te ponen espera,así por tiempo indefinido,te cortan la llamada y tienes que intentar de nuevo,con la misma temática,reservar,para lo que ya con tiempo pagaste y reservaste,ahora es tiempo de desperdiciar tus vacaciones para comer... Muy humillante" En mi caso poco peor,no servía el teléfono de cuarto,3 días pidiendo que lo reparen y nada! Para colmo la que limpiaba los cuartos cerro en 2 ovaciones el sanitario con llave y solo yendo a recepción podían mandar a abrir.. total,puedo decir tantas incovenientes pero, de lo bueno es que salimos sin covid,apresar de que no hicieron ningún esfuerzo por la sana distancia,líneas de hasta 40 min. Para desayunar,en un solo lugar,los otros 6 cerrados! Para mí y mi familia fue humillantepasar las vacaciones con esa administración,que por cierto al colmarme de tan mal serviciobusque al gerente,2 empleados me orientaron quien es,al dirigirme a él y cuestionarlo,se burló y dijo que no estaba que ya había partido... Una vasca de persona,si un adulto de pelo blanco,y bestia uniforme,pero el único de camisa azul.... Lo demás ustedes vean las fotos y aprecien lo bueno....

Don’t go here ! They charge $50 per person for Covid test which is ridiculous it should be free. The hotel was nice walking in, Staff was very welcoming and nice but for a 5 star hotel it’s pretty disappointing the rooms were decent but the cleanliness not so much… the bed sheeting was kinda dirty it’s also outdated, we asked numerous times for extra towels and wash clothes because we had 6 people and they only gave us 3 wash clothes and 3 towels. We had to call several times for them to actually give it to us and it was unprofessional the plumbing was also slow and the water would go down slow in the showers and the sinks but we didn’t complain about that. The only reason I gave this hotel a 3/5 because the amenities were great the pool was huge and a lot of fun. they also have an activity table where u can look at different activities to do in Cancun.The amenities are the only reason I would ever go back here other wise I would not. For an all inclusive hotel u do not get your money worth because all the food there is gross and barley any options to choose from, the only good food they had were the steak place and the burger and fry place outside by the pool but definitely do not go here because for an all inclusive 5 star hotel it’s not worth the money it is a good family hotel but that’s it. The buffet was disgusting! they did not have many food options and for breakfast they literally did not have anything no meat no waffles no pancakes no bacon no sausage even if the amenities are great I would not recommend coming here over wise you’ll be left starving !

So many little things I wanted different, and don't know how much, is because of covid. Really liked the kid areas, one is 3 and younger, other is 4 and up. I wanted the buffet area to be more open and more of a walk up, and quick grab. But it's a line every morning because it's the only thing open, burgers open at eleven,sushi opens at 12, can only take 4 sushi pieces at a time, and have to take it outside to eat it. So I was constantly going in for 2 -3 mins and out for a min, then have to go back in. The restaurants have to be reserved, before 2, and if we didn't order before 9am, they were booked. The seafood restaurant was the only one with amazing food. Wife does t like seafood and she loved it. The pools close at 8pm. We would come back, for a good deal, but will probably try out others

I haven’t even gone to my vacation and I’ve been calling the resort 10 times and no one answers. Wondering if their phone lines are down? This does not please me. I’m trying to make reservations to the restaurants since I’ve been told in order to eat a decent meal in this resort, you need to make a reservation. How am I going to make a reservation if I’ve attempted the concierge service 5 times and reservations 5 times and no one answers. This is not good at all. Please I would like someone to maybe get more staff for this resort. Not good at all. 👎

My family and I had a wonderful time at the crown paradise resort. The service is phenomenal so please take care of the hard working employees, it will be worth it. The food at the restaurants were amazing! We loved fisherman’s and la piazza! Get up early to get good pool side seats and make your reservations. Jesus and Angel were exceptional employees. Hats off to crown paradise! We will be back!

We loved this hotel. They had entertainment activities at the pool from 9am-6pm. This hotel would not be as fun without the entertainment team!!! Armando (my self-proclaimed twin brother), Elias, Edgar, Mario, Majo, Berenice, Vanessa, Ruben, Carlos, Esmeralda, Ernesto, Hector, etc. Outside of the pool, this team also did shows at 8:45pm daily and they were amazing. I don't know how they work so many hours and they are always smiling and being so fun and friendly with everyone. The waiters at all restaurants and managers were all very kind and helpful! There are too many to name them all, but those that stood out were Ariel, Eduardo, Angel, Alexa and Yazmin.We had such an amazing time that we would absolutely come back for another week long vacation.With every hotel there will be some issues and that was the case here, but the hotel staff fixed everything as soon as possible and we were not in the room to even be affected by it (leaking condensation in AC in the room and a door handle came off the bathroom door.) The constant humidity also leaves its mark, but I assume this is at all of the resorts in the region; there was rust around metal parts, but never mold! The biggest downside was the slow speed of room service! For an All Inclusive Resort that touts all you can eat, it takes at least an hour to get any food from them room service. Maybe this was because lower than normal staffing as the pandemic winds down.Those things were MINOR compared to the amazing time we had on our vacation!

Everyone in the hotel was supper helpful. As soon as we got there got greeting with a special drink. The receptionist Liliana was very helpful and made it supper easy for us to check in. Told us about different activities we could do and places we should visit. Overall she was supper helpful and made it easier for us to find things to do since we had ideas on what to do but questions about how to book them. Once we were in the hotel enjoying the view by the pool the guy Joel was offering drinks and taking them to us. Then later on at the night club the bartender Carlos was supper cool. We would tell him what kind of drinks we wanted and was fast on delivering them. Sometimes we would ask for special drinks and he did not disappoint us on the drinks because they were so good we kept asking for more special drinks!

O hotel não possui espaço para aquecer a mamadeira e a papinha dela. Ligava no concierge e nos disseram que era para nós pedirmos na cozinha do hotel , q só ficava aberto até as 22:00 e os garçons faziam pouco caso , diziam q não tinha microondas e tinham q aquecer em banho-maria. Em uma das situações, a comida da minha filha veio gelada e ela não comeu!!! Tive que me adaptar e usar a cafeteira que tinha disponível no quarto pra aquecer a comida e a mamadeira. Isso é um absurdo, nunca na vida me hospedei num lugar que não tivesse uma copa / cozinha somente para as mães. Foi péssimo!! Não recomendo.

A faixa de areia do resort praticamente não tem, e o restaurante principal a comida tem pouca variedade, servem muito porco, mas os outros restaurantes que você tem que agendar horário são excelentes

The pictures are not representative of the amenities. The beach is washed out, at no fault to them. The remaining areas are decent pools but for the cost you get more staying stateside. The view is better off-site but it is still beautiful. The atmosphere is much better at places that have more European clientele. Waiting in lines was acceptable however for an all inclusive I had to get more drinks than those that were brought. This was even after tipping. Did not feel welcome or appreciated as a customer. Have had much better interactions at properties in the Caribbean. Would definitely suggest spending the little extra to upgrade to a more established chain. The property is in need of repairs and it will include more than just the paint they are using. The food is as expected but at golden Coral quality. The restaurant s are a little better, but I have had better in south central Illinois.

When I arrived at the airport we walked towards a spot that said it provided tourist guide. Little did we know we were heading towards a timeshare trap. Then we were greeted outside with taxi vultures offering to take us to our hotel 10 minutes away for only $68. Little did I know this would set the stage for what’s vacation in Cancun would be like. While the hotel has no control of that behavior or lack of understanding how the real world works and how much money in the US the average American makes they should warn you and offer shuttle service like other hotels. Croen Paradise is old, overpriced and a total scam. The pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are small, old and smell of mold. It is not appropriate for big groups or families as the rooms have no privacy. We were “upgraded” to a one bedroom king and huge hot tub for my husband, my daughter and I. We only got a cot because I complained which was placed right next to the hot tub. It is okay for a couple but not for a family. I was hugely upset and disappointed so they offered a 2 story bedroom if I paid the difference, available only the next day and when the next day came, nothing, we were forgotten. You can only have dinner at a restaurant if you make reservations ahead which is impossible because reservations are made 3 days ahead by other guests that got there first so everything is booked. The rooms wreak of mold and the AC doesn’t work. The mini fridge doesn’t cool so everything inside is room temperature. This the most expensive and worst vacation of my life and I feel like a prisoner. I wish I could go to sleep and wake up back home but good luck with that too since the bed is so stiff that you can only get a few minutes of sleep before waking up again and realizing you are still in this nightmare. There is nothing fun to do around here except eat bland food, drink syrupy cocktails or warm bear and get a few minutes of sleep. The staff is constantly trying to come into your room incessantly and I don’t understand why since you only get turnover if you specifically ask for it which is a bit creepy and makes me wonder how many times this happens when you are not in your room. Oh and the icing on the cake. There is literally no beach. They promote it but it’s gone which is totally dishonest. IMO they should demolish the place and start over. This place needs complete remodeling and they should have at least one bedroom suites for families. I came here hoping to reconnect with my husband as we lead very busy lives and this place did the complete opposite. There are far better places here for a much better price. I noticed a lot of locals stay here and that’s exactly what this is good for locals that maybe don’t know any better or know the staff and stay at a discount but for a family that knows what their money is worth this is a scam.

*Most* of the staff is polite and helpful here and rooms were clean, but that's about the only good thing I can say about the resort. The food here is horrible, very cheap and most of the item tastes like plastic. Unfortunately the drinks are also terrible here, very watered down and taste so cheaply made. I know it's all inclusive so I kinda expected cheap, but the food & drinks aren't even the least bit enjoyable. I was told to call & make reservations for dinner at the restaurants from 8-2 each day, but was never told you can book dinner reservations 3 days in advance, so every day we called we NEVER got reservations. Very frustrated I was never explained that those could be done 3 days in advance, but instead was told it was daily, so we had to try to get reservations last minute if there was cancellations or go to the buffet. Their beach area is very tiny, maybe a total of 50 lounge chairs and constantly people on the beach trying to sell you things the entire time. They will even stand in front of you for hours blocking the ocean views. I had a female employee get rude with me & my friend tried to walk into the buffet to grab a quick lunch after being at the beach. I had a crop top on and a high waisted skirt as my bikini cover up. She told me I wasn't allowed inside the buffet, unless I put a shirt on, even tho I had a freaking shirt on, it was just a crop top. We're by the pool/beach ALL day you can't just expect people to come for quick lunch on a full conservative outfit. I was 100% covered fully and other women coming in the buffet with completely sheer; see-through coverups where you can see their entire 2 piece bikinis but yet I was the only one turned away. I was extremely upset and embarrassed by that, completely unprofessional behavior. This was my first time in Cancun, I was so excited about it and staying at this all inclusive resort, but this has been an extremely disappointing stay and already looking forward to leaving which should be the opposite feeling when vacationing. I will not be coming back I would not recommend staying here to others.

First the bar staff, waiters, cleaners, busboys are all wonderful and deserve tips. The front desk service staff were not very helpful. This is a budget friendly family hotel with many water slides and features for the kids All public areas are well maintained and clean. The pools infinity edge is gone and based on patchwork repairs it is not coming back. The beach looks bigger in advertising and the place is showing some age. The rooms are okay, not great, not bad. They are clean. Wear and tear is showing and you can probably find some maintenance shortcuts. The queen size beds are doubles, the kings are kings. The Buffett has a few gems but is overall mediocre. The restaurants are great but reservations fill early. Overall I would rate this place 3-3.5 stars out of 5. I can’t give 4 stars because that feels like a bit of a stretch.

The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean and the room was very clean. I will tell you something that happened to me, my brother entered the water park for children suffered an accident, the hotel on arrival mentioned that we had babysitters who in the end do not know how to take care and do not take responsibility, my brother sutured him with 4 points and did not take responsibility we had to pay for it and that we paid the all-inclusive Room service charges $5 for every meal, the medical service that is essential to be safe in a hotel is not included if you want, it takes a long time to get to the doctor. Honestly, I don't feel safe.

Excelente Resort, localizado à beira-mar em Cancún, atrações no teatro todas as noites, excelente acolhimento do pessoal, simpatia, excelente espaço para "babys", "kids" e "teens", com horário e atrações noturnas para os pequenos possibilitando mais tempo livre para os pais. Conta com 6 restaurantes de especialidades, sendo 5 deles a la carte, mais 1 buffet! Piscinas abertas, tobogã e lojas! Excelente no geral!

Absolutely wonderful resort! We had an incredible view of the ocean from our room. The resort was great with social distancing, operating at not even 50% capacity, mask wearing policies in place, and continous cleaning efforts. Felt safe and had the best vacation ever. We also recieved the most fantastic and friendly service from Alexis and David at the buffet, Juan Carlos and Joel at the pools, and Antonio at the dinner restaurants. We'll definitely be back again!

For the price you can't beat it. It is an older resort and the tropical environment is hard on any structure but they appear to constantly be working on bettering the appearance. The staff is amazing. They all are happy to help However they can. If you have kids this is the perfect place.

Nos la pasamos increíble, la atención es muy buena, los bartender de la alberca un 10 pregunten por Toni o Gera, super el servicio. Para los niños hay muchas actividades. Cuenta con show y los restaurantes variados para todos los gustos. La aviación al 100 con su respectivo Frigobar, la barra libre muy buena. Vale mucho la pene el visitarlos.

This is probably the most kid friendly hotel on the Cancun strip. They have nightly shows for the entire family. They have water parks on site. They play games with the kids by the poolside. We are currently staying here for about 6 days and I highly recommend this place as we have yet to get bored since they have so many daily activities. Staff is very friendly and courteous. They really listen when you ask for something.

This has the major things you look for in an all/inclusive resort. From the moment you pull up you are assisted by bellmen. There’s a children’s club pool area with slides and they do crafts with them. There are buffet meals available as well as several restaurants. There are plenty of Lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach as well as multiple pools around the property to enjoy. One drawback was, I wasn’t given an orientation to the property when I first checked in. So I felt lost for the first couple days trying to figure out what was available and where everything was. I had no idea reservations needed to be made each day for dinner. And the reservation process was a bit frustrating as reservations fill up quickly. Overall the property is beautiful. The meals, especially in the restaurants were delicious. And the service was great. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves! Thank you

My kids and I enjoyed our stay and the staff was really friendly. We arrived 2 days after hurricane Delta so there were a lot of amenities we couldn't enjoy. It is a kid friendly all-inclusive resort and they do have quite of bit of things for kids to enjoy, so hopefully when we return we will be able to enjoy the pools, slides and activities that were closed during our stay.I definitely would recommend this resort.

Buen lugar. Para niños es excelente, hay varias actividades. Tuve un poco de problemas con la reservación de los restaurantes que están dentro del hotel, es un problema comunicarse para hacer la reservación. Un precio bastante accesible. El único detalle fue que pedí habitación con una cama y me dieron una habitación de dos camas, de ahí en fuera todo bien.

Excelente servicio, todo rico, solo el área de niños estaba cerrada por mantenimiento cuando fui pero igual está muy lindo y valió la pena cada centavo gastado De lo mejor fue el servicio concierge y las cenas, lo peorcito es el buffet, nada extraordinario, no buena ni malo además de no tan buen servicio de meseros El mar está hermoso ahí, sin sargazo y buen tamaño de olas a mi gusto aunque grandes para niños. Gran variedad de albercas y varios servicios adicionales con costó extra

Not sure where to start really. We arrived at the Crown Paradise Club on 8/21 around 11:30 AM. We got there and tried to check in and were told that the room we payed extra for (adults only floor, club room) was not available due to the building that it was in was closed. (no explanation given as to why it was closed) There was no offer to upgrade, instead we were downgraded to a double room with bunk beds. No offer for a refund of the upcharge we payed for the club room, but we were offered a free massage. We were told the room would be ready around 2:30, which we were fine with waiting even though at every other resort we have ever been to we have been able to check in as soon as we arrived. We waiting until 2:30 and then stood back in the check in line to check on the room. Finally got to the front of the line only to be told the room was not ready and to check back at 3:00. Waited until about 3:15 for good measure and again were told the room was not ready, give them 15 minutes. Finally around 4:00 (check in time is 3:00) the room was ready. We go up to the room to find the A/C does not cool the room very well, the bed is hard, the pillows are hard, the shower leaks water onto the floor. So we had to sweat while we slept with no blankets, and woke up sore because of the rock hard pillows. Also there was only about half of the restaurants open that were advertised, which there was no mention of. Now to the most disturbing part. My phone and pool towel was stolen from the main pool right before it closed on 8/22. We set our stuff down on two separate chairs and went into the pool, when we came back my entire chair was gone with my phone and towel. Spoke to the front desk "manager" about it, but to no avail. They did not even act like they cared about a $1000 phone that was stolen. Not to mention all boarding passes to get back home were on that phone so that was a headache. Ended up checking out early and going to the Riu Dunamar, which we should have done in the first place. Also ended up having food poisoning all night and day 8/23-24 from something eaten at the Crown Paradise Club

We stayed here for 10 days back in February. It was fully booked but staff helped where ever they could. Kids activities were amazing. Mine can’t wait to go back! We also used the spa which was again fantastic - one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Yes there were issues in the buffet place but we were really amazed with how clean and well organised everything was.
