“Go somewhere else!! The rooms are decent and the hotel itself looks nice but the service is terrible. In the main buffet the food is disgusting. Apart from that after I got my food I sat down and no one came to offer me a drink. I was done with my food by the time I was able to get someone to pay attention to me. The waitstaff simply ignores you. In addition to that even when I booked a reservation at one of their restaurants I had to wait a whole hour. I saw the hostess seat many people who came after me, before me. I literally had to point at a table that opened up and demand I be seated to get a table. Other than that the overall experience is poor. No one explains anything to you when you get there and there’s no map, so you have to spend so much time asking people where things are and how to get there and of course you don’t Always get a correct answer with the language barrier. Lastly the safe was broken in my room, so I had no security and when I called to have it fixed they said they would send someone and no one came. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.”
