“We enjoyed our stay at Occidental Tucancun. The staff were really awesome and made sure to help us whenever we needed. I think we were lucky with the time we chose to travel (the week after thanksgiving) because the resort was not packed at all. The place was really clean and staff kept it that way 24/7. They got 4 different restaurants and different pools.
It would be very appreciated if they can add some Halal options to their food menu.”

“My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in a premium villa. The rooms were dated and in need of work. There were cracks in the ceiling and the refrigerator didn’t get very cold. The food was mediocre at best. Due to COVID, the a la carte restaurants were closed except for 1 night and the buffets were repetitive and often soggy. Drinks were fantastic though and the bartender Antonio literally made our entire trip worthwhile! He is an absolute delight to be around and we miss him dearly! The entire staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We will be back to Cancun but unfortunately we will be staying at another resort.”
