“DO NOT STAY AT THIS HILTON! AVOID AT ALL COST! Not only was this the most horrible service and quality I’ve gotten at a Hilton but it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever received. I would have been better off at a motel then this terrible “Hilton” Our room was not cleaned “to Hilton standards” they did not have safety seals on the doors. When we got in we had no towels or soap. We tried calling about 10 times but no one picked up. Finally we gave up and went down to be told they don’t have towels at that time and would bring them up later. We went out and came back and the towels and soap were never brought up. I call over and over again and still no answer. Finally I have to head back down and demand towels and soap so we can shower after a long day. On top of this the elevator wait was always at least 20 minutes and one of the elevators was always not working. Also they made sure to stop all water fill ups and then charge $4 per bottle for water in their lobby. I never write reviews but I feel I’m obligated to let others know to avoid.”

“Descripción en español 🇪🇸/ description in English 🇺🇸Estas imágenes fueron tomadas la semana del 15 de marzo del año 2021, estas son las actuales instalaciones del hotel con algunas de las imágenes la verdad es que no volvería a ir a ese hotel, Los ascensores se demoran muchísimo en subir o bajar ya que son 36 niveles y tan solo cuatro sensores, el servicio de habitación no lo realizaban a menos que tú lo solicitaras con 24 horas de anticipación, la basura tampoco fue retirada durante los 15 días que estuve en el hotel, había un huésped que dejaban su basura en los pasillos, en los pasillos del Hotel puede ver que no se encuentran ni alfombra ni cómo corresponde, por otro lado el hotel no tiene buena aislación por lo que escuchas todo lo que sucede en las otras habitaciones, adicional a lo anterior no es recomendable para ir con niños ya que el olor a marihuana se siente todos los días.Description in English 🇺🇸These images were taken the week of March 15, 2021, these are the current hotel facilities with some of the images the truth is that I would not go to that hotel again, The elevators take a long time to go up or down since they are36 levels and only four sensors, room service was not performed unless you requested it 24 hours in advance, garbage was not removed during the 15 days I was in the hotel, there was a guest who left their garbage inthe corridors, in the corridors of the Hotel you can see that there is neither carpet nor correspondence, on the other hand the hotel does not have good insulation so you hear everything that happens in the other rooms, in addition to the above it is not recommended to gowith children since the smell of marijuana is felt every day.”
