“TRASH!!! Do not believe these reviews!! Just go ahead and spend the extra money for a resort!! This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! This room is DIRTY!! I had to use shower shoes to shower tiles were nasty, sink had a slow drain! The restaurant was okay but I ordered a burger “WELL DONE” it arrived MEDIUM RARE asked what could be done could they fix it and was told “no we can’t remake it but I can give it to you 50% off” WOW was all I could say!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! A waste of money!!”

“I had the pleasure of staying a few nights at the Four Points Sheraton in Cancun. The biggest standout by far was the staff. Everyone I encountered was hospitable, kind, greeted me by name, and made sure I had everything I needed. Georgina and Sara were particularly helpful in making sure I had everything from taxis to beach club access. So special thanks to them.
By the way, you do have access to the Marriott Cancun beach club while staying here which is quite nice. The hotel amenities, including The Eatery, are great. The rooftop pool is very nice. And you have stores, restaurants, and groceries within walking distance.
The only issue here is that the rooms themselves are a bit outdated. They are clean and have all that you could need. But when they are updated, this hotel will check all boxes. I highly recommend staying here while in Cancun.”
