As instalações são um pouco antigas eudiria que dos anos 80/90 mas dão conta do recado. Cuidado no chek out, perguntem a hora que devem sair do quarto. Não te avisam, parece quepropositalmente para que você pague multa...perdi 120 U$D. Falta intérpretes em português.

Hotel muito agradável com um excelente custo—benefício, não é uma estrutura muito grande o que torna mais familiar. Áreas bem cuidadas e limpas, jardins impecáveis. Quartos espaçosos e com o necessário, frigobar, café e cofre. Restaurantes temáticos muito bons, adorei o mexicano e a pizzaria. O restaurante buffet também era muito bom, com muita variedade de comida e bem confecionada. Animação muito boa quer na praia, piscina e à noite. Empregados simpáticos. O único senão foi as bebidas alcoólicas achei as muito fracas, não fazerem batidos/smooties, o café expresso era agradável no bar ao lado do buffet. As piscinas eram enormes e a Praia excelente.

first off the drinks taste horrible, the room are very old. things don't work in proper order. the bedsheets looks dirty. the staff very polite but the hotel itself its just too old. no recommended. was there for 2 nights and honestly won't come back ever again. it was build in 2001 and it was re-fix in 2016 but still not worth it. the food also very limited per plate. its just not a good place to go.

Buen ambiente y muy buena la atención, en tiempos de Covid toman las medidas sanitarias. El cuanto a la comida no es la mejor pero no hay quejas, en cuando a la habitación todo muy bien y son mejores a lo que se ven en fotos, en fin excelente calidad / precio.

If i could give this place below a zero star i will. Disgusting place. In the kitchen entry door there was a dead mouse. Food and service terrible. hot water is too slow in the bathroom. Shower takes 1 hour. We came here 9 people from new york. Worst expericence ever. No social distancing. Nobody wearing mask. Never ever again!!!

Guests here ignore the mask policy, the staff are not quick to enforce it. The resort is nice, its just for me a little rough. Flashing lights for the casino....ITS CLOSED !! until further notice and guess what..... hardly any staff aware of this!!! Dont think I would stay here in a hurry again

The resort was stunning ALTHOUGH the service was terrible. The workers singled out my friends and I once they realized we weren't fluent in Spanish. we would try to order things but it took forever, meanwhile if a Spanish speaking person came up to order something they received it IMMEDIATELY. a lot of the workers were inappropriate as they fetishized and harassed my friends and I throughout the entire trip. In all the appearance of the hotel is 9/10, the rooms are a 7/10 (a lot of things in them were broken & they gave us a different room then what we asked/paid for), the food was horrible so 4/10, and the service was a 3/10. I hope and pray this helps someone!

Stayed here during the last week of June 2019. Nice looking resort. Our room was decent. However, the resort is family oriented. Lots of couples and families. If you are traveling with friends might want to stay elsewhere for "partying". I also ended up getting extremely sick from the food 3 days into my trip. Stay away from raw veggies..

The checkin and room choice was wonderful. Warm and inviting thanks to Juan at front desk. The place as a whole needs some upgrades. Most food items taste fresh with great flavor. Highly recommend Tokyo. Shout out to Michael and his crew with activities. You all made our stay so enjoyable 😚

El protocolo en las instalaciones del resort estuvieron muy bien, la animación estuvo fenomenal me encantó realmente , sentí como que estaba en un show de esos artistas a los que ellos interpretaban , y lo negativo en la comida no me gustó en verdad , pero todo estaba muy lindo .

First we got a room and it was super nasty, the bathtub has mold and hair dye, they beds were dirty. We got it changed and now our bathroom roof is leaking, the ac does not work, the phone does not work either. The pools and beach are good though the water is great. Please check your rooms before getting it.

Muitos hospedes pela estrutura, principalmente nos restaurantes, em todos os locais há fila. Os quartos com diversos problemas, principalmente a ausência de água quente em grande parte do hotel, além das portas que sempre dão problema.

Un lugar de ensueño para descansar en pareja o familia. Excelente atención, variedad de comida, linda playa.Habitaciones confortables, tres bares, piscinas para niños y adultos. Le descripción se queda corta. Simplemente una magnífica experiencia de descanso. Lo que si es bueno saber, es que el internet no es gratis. Se recomiendacomprar una chip con minutos e internet por los días de la estadía.

El lugar es amplio y en muy buenas condiciones. El personal es servicial y amable. La comida variada y de buena calidad. Los servicios y facilidades en general muy buenos. Hubo algunas situaciones negativas con la electricidad y climatización de algunas habitaciones. En general la experiencia fue muy positiva.

The resort was clean and beautiful, the beach was well maintained. The pool as well clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Some disappointed thingswere that there was no hot water, we requested a roomwith TV and it didn't have one, the remote control did not work, I told them about it but they didn't come and check, they later brought a tv. The buffet as well as another restaurant most of the menu was fried food. Their dessert was really good and their soups. A lot of people were complaining about the waiting time in the lobby because of the pandemic I believe they were understaffed so they only had two or three personnel in the lobby so check-in, check-out, or getting the wifi information would take awhile.

Checked in on Christmas Day. They put a family of 4 in a suite with only a king bed. Told us they had no double beds available. Our air conditioner was not working. Contacted my travel agent and they got us moved to a new suite. Still only one bed, but had working AC. New room did not have a sink drain hooked up. The water drained onto the floor. New room also did not have any hot water for our entire stay. Food is ok- not many choices for the children. We were told they had a special children’s menu but all the servers act like that doesn’t exist. Service is not very good. Drinks are not very good.

We visited in May of 2019. We got two rooms and brought both of our young adult children with us. We very much enjoyed the pools and beach. We stayed for 3 nights and never left the resort. We celebrated our anniversary at the Italian restaurant and it we all inclusive and amazing. We very much enjoyed the live music and shows at night. The rooms are very nice and the room our kids stayed in, had a nice ocean view we did not pay extra for. I keep asking my wife when are we going back. Oh and the breakfast was also amazing.

A estrutura do hotel é excelente. Entre muitos funcionários bons, tivemos alguns ruins. O recepcionista do primeiro dia debochou falando algo na língua local para seus amigos quando não entendi onde era nosso quarto. A moça que ficava onde se pegam toalhas na piscina e no balcão do cassino também estavam em um dia ruim. Tirando isso, tivemos ótimas experiências com funcionários simpáticos nos diversos restaurantes do local e também com o pessoal da limpeza. O hotel estava bem limpo (apesar de termos lidos reclamações online) e a comida estava muito boa. Pelo que entendi, eles abrem aos fins de semana o restaurante para a população local, então nesses períodos os restaurantes ficam mais cheios.
