“Nice hotel and good food and drinks. Not everything as advertised,website says no saving beach/pool chairs but that is the only way to get one in the adults section, by 9 am all saved and only a handful of people there. They claim free beach bag with upgraded room, but again not on website but you have to upgrade even more than advertised. Sand flies and mosquitoes will eat you alive without bug spray. So called butler service was rude and useless.All that aside, room was beautiful,air-conditioning that actually worked, room service menu was limited but food was good and 24hrs.Staff were all friendly and helpful except butler service. Restaurants had great food, everything was nice and clean.Overall we would probably go again now that we now we need lots of bug spray.”
